  Panera is good but this one is not. Staff is immature, no real customer service or management. There's nothing but kids that work there. They're all disrespectful and I've never seen a Panera so dirty. The final straw that made me write this review was the fact that at the end and I was so mad I just left what was the point in staying I paid aye and when I was on the last bite of my muffin there was a tiny tiny brown bug jumping around in the bottom of the box! Flies were another problem and like I said kids! I have to stay on my kids about cleaning my kitchen when they make messes and these kids dont have they parents around to tell them to straighten up. They were arguing with a lady before I got there and while I was in line. I originally thought the lady may have been being a little difficult, but after receiving the service I got meaning attitude from the front cashier who acted like me just placing an order was a bother then you see her smiling and cutting up with her friends in the back or the one that walked in to place an order down to all the kids in the kitchen going on an on about the lady that just left, playing around and not getting people's orders right. I see why the lady was frustrated and wanted her money back and left! I wish i did the same because all my patience got me was attitude and bugs in my muffin! I won't be going back to this location and for others who love Panera too dont waste your time this location is nasty!

  Out of everything. No Mac and cheese. No bread bowls. No soup bread. Ordered a Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken salad. No chicken, no strawberries… what is going on with this place? Management should be ashamed, this store is consistently poorly run and disorganized.

  The staff was okay and the atmosphere as well. Busy but sticky floors; dirty restroom and food left on table was the reason for the 2 stars.

  This is the worst sandwich I have ever seen in my life. It bears absolutely no resemblance to what is shown in the picture. They clearly skimped on the ingredients; for my $40, I received one small tomato, a tiny slice of cheese, about a gram of chicken, and a scant amount of lettuce. I will never order these terrible sandwiches again.

  I've visited dozens of Panera locations all over the country. Unfortunately no attention to detail was provided by the staff on my visit March 19, 2026. Sandwich customizations on my to-go order were completely ignored, as was the side item request. Even the verbal request for the sandwich to be sliced in half, acknowledged by the worker, was ignored. I was traveling across the state by car and didn't find these issues until after I was a few miles down the road, otherwise I'd have asked for the issues to be resolved. I wouldn't have posted this concern if it were only one issue, but all three make the situation unacceptable.
