  I put in an online order for my normal order, which is the Sydney mushrooms and normally they come out like a small normal size mushroom but when I ordered it today, my mushrooms were humongous. They were 2 to 3 times the size that they normally are like what the heck am not eating it and I feel like I wasted my money.

  On Mother’s Day, my husband ordered my favorite meal from Outback, hoping to make the day special for me. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and completely ruined my Mother’s Day dinner. When I opened my meal, I found that three containers of condiments had been placed directly on top of my 16.oz prime rib. In addition, the foil-wrapped potatoes and grilled shrimp were also sitting directly on top of the meat I was expected to eat. This is not sanitary and shows a complete lack of proper food handling and presentation standards. Items such as sauce containers and foil wrapping are handled by multiple people during the preparation and packaging process. Even when gloves are used, placing these items directly on top of ready-to-eat food creates concerns about cross-contamination and basic cleanliness. I would never serve food this way in my own home. I called the restaurant and spoke with two different managers. What disappointed me even more was the complete lack of apology, concern, or professionalism. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, I was repeatedly told, “That’s how we do it,” and that if there are multiple items in a to-go order, everything is placed on top of the meat. One manager even stated that because the containers came out of a plastic bag, it was acceptable for them to be placed directly on the steak. I was also told that this is how they “throw together” their to-go orders and that no one has ever complained before. That response was dismissive, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Customer concerns should never be brushed aside in that manner. It is very disappointing that an establishment like Outback could not provide an extra container or plate for side items instead of stacking everything directly on top of the main entrée. The food handling, presentation, and customer service at this location were far below expectations. I am highly disappointed with both the service and the response I received from management. A Mother’s Day meal that was supposed to be enjoyable became upsetting and frustrating instead.

  Manager Joe was so professional and has great customer service skills! Literally the best customer service I’ve seen in a while. Brandon was a good server as well. 🫶🏾

  We hadn’t been to Outback in years, and honestly I couldn’t even remember why we stopped going. After trying a few other “steak places” recently and walking away disappointed, we decided to give Outback Steakhouse another shot—and I’m so glad we did. We ordered the half-pound burger and the Delmonico steak, and both were cooked absolutely perfectly. The steak was flavorful and tender, and the burger was just as impressive—juicy, well-seasoned, and done exactly right. It really made me wonder why we ever bothered trying the others when Outback delivers this kind of consistency and quality. Definitely back on our go-to list!

  My family went in to dine today and it was one of the BEST experiences I’ve ever had at any Outback or any restaurant I’ve gone to period. My steak was a little overcooked and I mentioned I didn’t like it. They immediately comped it and brought me. Lexi and Aubrey were phenomenal and made sure we had the BEST service. 100% recommend coming here whenever you can.
