  Every time I order food from here I’m always missing something, order is wrong completely or it is cold and nasty. The staff is rude. There is no way to contact the store unless you go to the store.

  The young lady who was on the intercom taking orders does not listen , I had to tell her three times 6 creams and six sugars. Then she asked me again, how many sugars ? She told me 4 minutes for the decaf. But never started the coffee. So I am sitting at the pick up windo thinking is the coffe being brewed or wha? She comes to the windo 8 to 10 minutes later and start the coffee. I believe she was the only one workining in side. Two other individuals who work there was standing outside gazing up in the sky. When I asked if she was a manager , She did not respond. This has happen multiple times with the coffe. She wanted to blame the young lady last week for not making the cofeee when i saw her and the same man standing in the pickup area. They were trying to fix something. I finally said can you check on my decafe coffee. She said she did not start it. Horrible.!

  Went in around 9am on a Thursday morning. Restaurant was very clean everything was prepared for the day. Food was awesome. Great job!
