  I just went there a little over an hour ago and when I got home to eat, my burger was completely raw in the middle and no one will answer the phone. Customer service isn’t doing anything to help.

  I LOVE my neighborhood, BUT this McDonald's MUST tune up...in car line waaaay too long, fries luke warm, no Coke Zero,and left my nuggets off the order. My son went back to get. They didn't offer a refund or anything, knowing his food at home THAT he didn't get to touch would not be edible once he returned home from getting the nuggets they failed to put in the order!!!!!!! I put the food in the oven so it would be hot when he returned home. Who wants cold McDonald's?!!!???!!? NOT I. Get it together, neighbors. Please.

  I ordered a chicken nugget meal with sweet tea. And 2 McDonald’s doubles on plain and the other one no pickles. Is all I had and they gave me 4 sweet teas and 6 piece chicken nugget and that was it for $22.75

  This rude worker at the 2nd window with black and blond braids and 2 little pigtails in the front that stuck up straight needs to be re-trained in hospitality asap. The workers didn’t ring up the 2nd coke me and my boss ordered at the window and when we asked about it she was rolling her eyes acting like we were inconveniencing her life. Instead of fixing there mistake she rudely told us that we have to go back round the drive though. Yea do better with hospitality McDonald.

  I had a very disturbing experience at this McDonald’s location on Highway 5 in Douglasville. After being asked to pull forward for my order, I received cold fries. I went back inside to request fresh ones, and the employee immediately showed an attitude, made comments to coworkers, and was openly unprofessional. I was then told to move my car for “blocking the driveway,” even though I was parked exactly where I was instructed and was not obstructing traffic. I simply asked for fresh fries so I could leave. What should have been a simple fix escalated due to the employee’s behavior. He became disrespectful, used inappropriate language, and approached me in an aggressive and confrontational manner, getting in my personal space. At that point, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Management failed to step in until the situation had already escalated. This is completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be spoken to or approached this way by someone representing a business. Due to the level of unprofessionalism and the aggressive behavior displayed, I will be moving forward with further action regarding this incident. This location clearly has serious issues with customer service and staff conduct, and it needs immediate attention.
