- CSChristopher Sanchez1 day ago1.0If I could give 0 stars I would. Management was awful. In short, I somehow forgot to add Pepperoni on the order. I asked them to add it and I would pay for the topping. They refused and said it could not be done. I will never return to Johnny’s. Bottom line, they need to learn customer service skills. Anyone can manually add a misc. charge on a register. I have never seen a POS system without that capability. Garbage service

- TLTaleb Lewis3 days ago3.0The food was ok. the beer was great. the mixed drink was HORRIBLE. please find a new bartender that know how to mix drinks properly or someone that does. the waitress was really nice but i felt like the topic bc they were all gathered at the register whispering about me bc the waitress brought the wrong ticket and i complained about the drink.

- MHMarlo HolleyApr 24, 20261.0I ordered a flatbread. They actually burnt it and the whole place was smelling burnt. They gave it to me like people eat burnt pizza. I asked for a refund and it was a big long discussion that took almost 20 minutes before they finally told me that they could not give me a refund. Their boss had to do it and they had to get in touch with him so I had to leave with no pizza or no drink and no refund. No I won’t go back. No I would never go back. It was just the way that they handled me when I waited in line to ask about my order they pass me off to somebody else two different times. It just seemed like they are messy in there because they weren’t really really that busy for the amount of people that were there everybody just was all over the place and just rude about it.
