  Music was so loud I couldn't hear the person sitting in front of me, a employee (white) with a black shirt apposed to the red shirt had their screaming and I mean squealing child running around. The fries on the kiosk looked like McDonald's but we got over cooked almost burnt with skin fries. Also for all the hype about how good the burgers are we should have the option of a regular burger or smashed. The hot dog was $7.00 which was just a regular winnie cut in half. I could gone to publix and gotten 2 packs of BallPark hots that are at least plumbed. They should go to Nuway in Marcon Ga to learn how to fry a hot dog.Five Guys was over priced and not worth the self proclaimed "delicious burgers ". We will never return.

  Slow moving after 930 , you will wait a while for your food. However if youve had them before you know what your in for.

  Where did all the meat go? $30 for two single patty hamburgers, 1 fry, 1 reg. Drink!!!! Very disappointed in Five guys. The patties have gotten very thin, paper thin almost. Definitely not worth the money. And the staff could smile.

  They have a pretty good selection of burgers and dogs which you can customize just how you want. All the toppings are free which I like and quite a few to choose from. You can really build some pretty good flavors. Everything is made fresh when you order. The fries and milkshakes are really good and so are the peanuts which they have for free on the counter.

  We dined at this restaurant about a two and a half weeks ago, and unfortunately, this is the second time our order was made incorrectly. When we asked about getting it corrected, we were told we would need to wait in line behind new customers—even though we were already dining in. That experience was both frustrating and disappointing. I contacted corporate to file a complaint, but I have not received any response from the location. I was informed that corporate is unable to resolve the issue directly and instead relies on the franchisee to follow up with customers. After calling corporate again, I was simply told they could “flag” the complaint and hope the store reaches out. At this point, there has been no resolution or accountability for repeated mistakes. As a paying customer, I expect better service, especially when errors occur. I would appreciate a timely response and a proper resolution from the store.
