- DDDAug 27, 20261.0I was very specific in my order and the young lady added cream (which I didn't ask for) I saw it on the screen as I was pulling off to go to the window to pay. I asked her about and she confirmed she accidentally put that on there. I could clearly hear her speaking to the gentleman making the coffee and he loudly says "well why did he ask for cream then". Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Your employee got the order wrong! I proceeded to enter the store to speak with a manager versus address him. Manager was kind but slightly dismissive in her response as she attempted to defend the male employee by saying "I can assure he wasn't talking about your order". Wow! Lack of accountability and I'm most certain that he wasn't spoken to, considering the body language I witnessed from her/them as I was pulling off and clearly see them in the window. Unfortunately, I won't come this location again considering. I don't trust that particular employee to handle any food/drink for me. Never had a problem here of all my years of supporting this Dunkin Donuts. Bad customer service from ONE individual can ruin things for the overall business.

I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that it might be different people on different shifts however, it is always bad every time I go. It’s I will not be returning and I do not recommend.

Then on a Saturday morning when hardly nobody is in the drive thru the girl has me waiting almost 5 minutes for an ice coffee that was already sitting there. How it is that I said thank you and get no reply back like no thank you! For being our customer. All this place does is hire teenagers who are laughing at the window instead of paying attention to the orders as they come up. Then after I wait no worry for your wait just “ here you go”. Are you serious! This place is awful and I wish I could speak with the owner of this location. On top of this they’re not serving coffee just creamer and ice in a cup! Why would I come to a coffee shop, order a coffee ( did not say decaf) and not get any coffee at all! They play in your face, take your money, give you stuff you didn’t ask for and then don’t say thank you. I’m over this place and their horrible customer service.
