- TGTamieka Greenhow2 days ago1.0I stopped by this location on my way out of town , I stood at the counter patiently waiting while an associate prepared coffee orders near the doughnuts, an associate worked the drive thru, another associate looks at me and walks towards the back as this is happening another associate walks towards the doughnuts glancing at the associate preparing drinks not one time me the customer being acknowledged. Not a hello, welcome or be right with you or one moment, nothing customer service was TRASH . Thanks for nothing Dunkin. Do better. Very unsatisfactory.

Also, whenever I get a bacon sandwich the bacon typically needs to be cooked longer. I prefer Dunkin over Starbucks but in terms of service and speed Starbucks typically wins.

The coffee is so watered down it’s devoid of taste and they never have donuts, unless you want the sprinkle ones. I go to other locations and it’s so obvious that this one is skimping on quality and cheating their customers. The drive-thru takes so long it defeats the purpose of having one. I always get the same coffee order, yet it never tastes the same. Just go to another location.
- RPRodney PateAug 6, 20265.0I visited this Dunkin' Donuts on my way in to work (🤫 I wanted to surprise my coworkers with some donuts for breakfast) There was a long line at the drive-thru and even though it was moving quickly I decided to get a little exercise, so I parked and walked into the lobby. I greeted by a nice young lady welcoming me to their store. They had already helped the 3 persons in front of me so I was asked if they could help me. I ordered a dozen assorted. The young lady (who was VERY pleasant) took the payment, and went straight to collecting the donuts from the cabinets for my order. I was in and out and in my way in a matter of moments. My coworkers enjoyed the surprise THOROUGHLY. All in all I'd have to say the experience was great. I will be returning when I have a craving for donuts again...which will probably be tomorrow 😋!
