  I just grabbed a couple of Lattes and the girl that made them was very friendly and made our two drinks just perfect. I think her name is Breana, she deserves a promotion.

  The two girlies at the window on 5/17 at around 11AM- Early 12PM were so kind, sadly this particular Dunkin was out of chocolate frosted donuts & the girls were so kind & reimbursing! Left a tip no regrets!

  I’ve come to this location several times and for the most part I have not had any bad experiences. However, this morning I ordered a bagel and after driving off, I realized that the bagel is burnt. Not a big deal. We have all burned a bagel before. I returned to the Location and let them know that my bagel was burnt And a very young blonde woman with very long nails Says that this is just how they are. I explained that my complaint isn’t with just the color as she proceeds to show me another bagel, but the actual taste in texture of the bagel, henceforth it is burnt. She literally looked at me for 10 seconds as if I was supposed to come up with another Solution. After our stare off, I suggested a croissant. This was just overall unnecessary poor Service. There was never an apology just short and rude.

  Clean and drive thru don’t take too long, but never consistent with inventory, poor customer service, and anyone in the drive thru notice you don’t leave a tip when paying with card instantly gives you an attitude and poor customer service. If they greeted with a smile and positive vibe and was consistent then maybe they will receive a “tip”

  Honestly, this location is consistently disappointing, but Saturday really was my last straw. I placed a mobile order for a medium iced coffee and a bagel toasted dark with butter. It’s common for them to forget the cold foam on my drink, which I usually don’t make a big deal about—I just politely let them know. This time, however, the young lady at the window was unnecessarily rude. She took my drink without saying anything, no apology or acknowledgment, and just added the cold foam and handed it back. That part I overlooked because at least it was corrected. However, when I got my bagel and drove off, I realized it wasn’t toasted at all and was absolutely drenched in butter. The photo doesn’t even do it justice. When I tried to report the issue through the app, it wouldn’t allow me to submit anything and kept saying the location was closed, even though I had just been served. Overall, this location seriously needs better training and attention to detail.
