The coffee is so watered down it’s devoid of taste and they never have donuts, unless you want the sprinkle ones. I go to other locations and it’s so obvious that this one is skimping on quality and cheating their customers. The drive-thru takes so long it defeats the purpose of having one. I always get the same coffee order, yet it never tastes the same. Just go to another location.
- RPRodney PateAug 6, 20265.0I visited this Dunkin' Donuts on my way in to work (🤫 I wanted to surprise my coworkers with some donuts for breakfast) There was a long line at the drive-thru and even though it was moving quickly I decided to get a little exercise, so I parked and walked into the lobby. I greeted by a nice young lady welcoming me to their store. They had already helped the 3 persons in front of me so I was asked if they could help me. I ordered a dozen assorted. The young lady (who was VERY pleasant) took the payment, and went straight to collecting the donuts from the cabinets for my order. I was in and out and in my way in a matter of moments. My coworkers enjoyed the surprise THOROUGHLY. All in all I'd have to say the experience was great. I will be returning when I have a craving for donuts again...which will probably be tomorrow 😋!

Once the order was fulfilled, what I got was stale, dry, and not fresh at all. I'll give the competitor across the street a try next time. The franchisee needs to be more attentive to their business.

The only time it's consistently right is when I come in the afternoon. It's frustrating because my order never changes, yet the quality and accuracy vary depending on the time of day. I hope management can provide more consistency during the morning shift because it's disappointing to pay for a drink that isn't made correctly.
