- AAAlco2 days ago1.0This location makes the worst chips, I always complain through the app since they let you make a review but nothing is being done , I always get a large bag of chips , not sure why I keep giving it a chance . As someone that use to work at chipotle years ago , I know there freshly done every morning but clearly whoever is making it , is not taking there time .

Large chunks of food—including rice, corn, and lettuce—were scattered across the counters and around the containers. Worse, food ingredients were noticeably mixed into opposing containers, creating clear risk of severe cross-contamination. When I raised my concerns directly to the staff on duty and asked if the prep station could be cleaned up, I was completely ignored. There was zero response, acknowledgment, or action taken to address the situation.

I cannot say enough good things about the manager on duty that afternoon, he was more than accommodating! He offered us free samples of various meat options they offer to try. He was extremely knowledgeable about the brand and truly seemed to be enjoying his job. He was also do kind to the employees working that afternoon. We had A+ service and a pleasant experience and we will definitely be returning to this location!

To make matters worse, I found a piece of plastic in my bowl. They were also out of fajita vegetables, so I waited for a fresh batch to be prepared. Once the vegetables were ready and my order was being made, other employees started serving them to customers who had arrived after me. The employee helping me and another worker laughed about the situation, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful.
