- SWShelly WJun 23, 20261.0I came here because my kid wanted a burrito bowl, so I decided to get myself some guac and chips. I placed my order through the app and left home after just getting off of work to go and pick it up. There were 2 cars in the mobile line and 1 pulled up as soon as I did. 25 minutes go by before I reached the window. I give my name and she hands me the bag right away. What is the point of placing an order ahead of time just to wait such a long time to get it? To make it even worse, the chips were stale and overly salted. The guac was already brown. What a waste of time and money that I won’t get back either. I woke up about an hour later from having to regurgitate, smh.

Clearly poor management and horrible employees who don't care. And the minute anyone says why should they care.....because the are preparing and serving people FOOD that others EAT! How hard is it to read chicken on the order and put chicken, not beef on the plate? Again, read brown rice but put white rice on the plate! This is sad! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

She should be fixing the mistakes but instead she acts just like the kids. She shoud be terminated immediately.

I know it hard to find reliable people that want to work but the staff there is a joke…. Maybe they should get professional training and respect the customers. She doesn’t even want customers to ask questions about their receipt because of the FRAUd going on in the store. Watch your receipt!!!!!! The amount charged to your card will be different from what’s on your receipt. They have a bunch or young kids working at night that’s all laughing and playing. The store is dirty! The night manager should be FIRED! Corporate should investigate their sales at this store.
