We were given a bag containing hot soup, but there was a hole in the bottom of the bag that we were not aware of. When my daughter picked it up, the soup spilled out onto her leg and ankle, causing burns and significant discomfort. We had to seek medical attention at urgent care to have her evaluated. Thankfully, she did not develop severe injuries, but it was still a frightening experience as a parent. I am sharing this review not to place blame, but to encourage better attention to packaging and safety when handling hot items. Customers should be able to trust that hot food is packaged securely to prevent injuries, especially to children. Also wishing that because of how serious the situation was to me and my daughter, maybe the owner could had reached out just to check in on her or something. My daughter and I love this brand in general and we just hate she had to experience this pain with little to no answers or acknowledgment. I hope this location reviews its procedures to prevent this from happening to another family. God Bless!
