  This was my first time visiting the Douglasville location. The only reason that I gave the food a 4 star rating is because my burger was sitting in grease on my plate and I asked for no pickles and got pickles. I sent it back and the replacement was perfect. I like that the wings are cooked crispy without asking for them to be cooked that way. I doubt if they have two different ranch dressings but the ranch for the wings taste different from the one for the salad dressing for some reason. I don't like the one with the wings but the dressing on a salad taste better. Go figure!

  Just wanted to let the Douglasville location know that Megan showed great customer service and was willing to listen to a misunderstanding with a bill. Rather than say there is nothing we can do she provided a great solution that allowed all parties to be happy. Thanks again for going far and beyond and continue showing customers that you are here for us.

  The food was alright but the service didn't help the experience. The waitress was so busy telling us our food would be right that she didn't refill the drinks, I asked for hot sauce with my sandwich and it was forgotten. It took forever to get the bill and had to ask twice for a box. Finally I wouldn't pay the bill until she brought a to go box back. Not BWW at their best.

  Do t order those street tacos they arent good at all they remind me of the lunch ables tacos or taco bell other than that rest of the food so far good

  This is by far the worst B-dubs you’ll go to. The service is absolutely terrible. There is 5 tables sat in here and the waitress took over 30 minutes to take the order and says…”sorry, I have another table to wait”. She finally comes over and I place my order. Mind you, this place is almost empty on a Friday night and she says “just to give you a heads up, it might take a while to get your food because the kitchen is pushing out a lot of food”. My wife looks around to the empty place and she says “it might not look like much but it is”. It’s 9:30 at night. What could they possibly be doing? Update….food came out at 10:30( an hour after arrival) 40 wings and two orders of onion rings. They were cold. EVERYTHING. We got up and left
