  Went mothers day and ordered 2 roast beef combos and a turkey bacon ranch and everything was so cold very little portions the fries were rubbery and the cashier acted clueless. Reached out to about the issue and got no response. Very poor service there.

  If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to and the worst customer service ever. Waited over 30 minutes for my order that I placed online mind you. All my food was cold as heck like they been sitting out all day. All employees were rude I mean extremely rude and unprofessional. They all had bad attitudes and completely ignored me when I asked for fresh food. If I’m paying over $30 for two meals I’d like it to be fresh not freezing. I will never ever go back to this place or spend my money at Arby’s again. I didn’t get names as they had no name tags on what so ever and my order wasn’t even correct or all there. This is the most saddest place ever. I work in customer service and the food industry and I would and could never act like that or be that way to customers. They all need to be fired and find a better crew to work there. I had to get out my car and go inside to get my order after being ignored in the drive through and when I entered the building another customer was arguing with the staff behind the counter because even his order was completely wrong and missing items. Plus a hair was in my fries that’s just gross

  One sandwich and the fries were cold. Mac and cheese container was only half full. Brisket sandwich didn't have the sauce or pickles. And no utensils to eat the mac and cheese.

  Today was the first time I’ve ever walked into a fast food restaurant and seriously questioned my decision to stay. The cleanliness was extremely concerning. The floors were so dirty and sticky that my shoes were literally pulling as I walked, and the noise it created was hard to ignore. It appeared as though the floors hadn’t been properly mopped—almost like dirty water had been used. The condiment station was also in unacceptable condition. Dispensers were clogged with old ketchup and horseradish sauce, and after several attempts, I wasn’t able to get anything out. The entire area looked neglected and unsanitary. This experience made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and other areas that customers don’t see. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this location fell far short.
