  Literally have to call to remind them to service their first drive through. Will have people sitting for 20 minutes. In the drive through service is horrible. This is not a one time thing this constantly happens.

  I almost never leave negative reviews, but can’t help it here. Terrible experience. I’ve always noticed the driveway service is painfully slow. Now, after going in, I can see why. Entire staff seemed to be moving backward. Restaurant was passable, but definitely not clean. Almost empty eating area, yet orders were still somehow slow. Cashier was by far the most nonchalant one I’ve ever seen; borderline rude. The machine apparently doesn’t give customers receipts? My daughter’s strawberry milkshake wasn’t even stirred, looked vanilla. I never did get my drink. I finally just walked out. Going by the overwhelmingly negative vibe in the store, I was legitimately afraid they’d spit in my drink if I raised another concern. Time for new leadership, and probably an entirely new staff. I’ll never be back and would discourage others from giving this establishment their business.

  I do McDonald's almost daily. Today I am totally 100% unsatisfied. To start with i sit at drive thru through 4 other vehicles who went thru the other one. Finally got to order. 6 piece nugget only and a small coke. Got 2.28 back change out of a 20. She got that right and i parked to eat and my drink was diet. Took it in and stood there 5 minutes while employee outside of counter and behind counter was laughing and PLAYING on register. I finally spoke up before I ever got my drink fixed. Needless to say my food was cold. Totally unhappy

  Had people asking for refund it took so long... 30 minutes to get 2 breakfast burrito
