  Will not be back to this location. It's always an issue with the quality of the pizza. It's always overbaked and burnt. They couldn't even get the remake correct. So done with them.

  I ordered through the Papa John's website, but my pizza was delivered through Doordash. After waiting for over an hour, I decided to go to the website and check the tracking. The pizza had been delivered at least 30 minutes prior and just left on the porch and it was now covered in ants. The delivery person (Erin) didn't knock or ring the doorbell. Not only that, but we have snake powder on the steps... very visible to anyone. Why would she think it was okay to place food in a foreign substance, let alone on the ground? I called the store and the manager Kenai stated that he needed proof, because people are always trying to get over. I offered the pictures we'd taken of the ants on the pizza and the one from Doordash showing where it was left. He said that wasn't enough proof and we'd need to bring the pizza back. I asked if he was sure that he wanted me to bring ants in a restaurant and he said, "it's not like it will cause an infestation." At this point, I'm livid. I now have to travel with ants in my car and take them to a restaurant for proof. RIDICULOUS! We took the pizza back and I am reporting this to the health/food inspectors bright and early Monday, because I'm sure the request to bring ant infested pizza into an eatery violates so many codes. If I could've given a 0 or a negative, I definitely would have. I don't know how to attach the pics, otherwise I'd post them, too.
