Big Shout out to the manager Kendra i ordered 3 pizzas tonight and accidentally dropped one on my way out 😩 Kendra and her staff didn’t even think twice to help a girl out , I thank you all so much seriously every last one of you ❤️

Took the pizza back and said will make another but would have to pay for it? No customer service skills. Arguing with customers instead of fixing the problem. Calling corporate.

Your delivery driver left our food directly on the ground, and as a result, bugs crawled onto and into the food. This is extremely upsetting and completely unacceptable. The pizza was left sitting outside on the ground for more than 30 minutes, and no one notified us that it had been delivered. I am genuinely concerned about the way your delivery staff handles customers’ orders. We have always enjoyed ordering from you, but this level of service is incredibly disappointing. We hope you take this matter seriously and address it immediately!!
- JCJay CeeJul 24, 20262.0not really a bad review, but a warning Papa John’s allows you to order through their website, but halfway through the order preparation they will outsource your delivery to DoorDash😨 from what I read online sometimes they withholding the tips from the DD drivers and also they’re not disclaiming that your order will be sent through DoorDash until after you place the order and already tipped. isn’t that called a lie by omission? buyer beware!!!! food came hot though.
