  The customer service is so terrible this is the first and last time i will ever order from there. the way thay talk to customers is beyond disrespectful. if i could report this so called manager who answered the phone to corporate i will. i prey nobody deal with that low standards environment.Didn't even receive my order i paid for online. Shame

  I ordered two cheese pizzas where both were burnt and one was severely burnt. When I brought it to the cashier’s attention, she reacted dismissively, as if I was wrong for complaining. Complaining about something I had to pay for and eat. (CRAZY) She then called another employee over, and he opened the box, saw the burnt pizza, agreed, and had it remade. While I waited, I saw a Caucasian woman come in and receive a warm, friendly greeting from the same cashier, which was very different from how I was treated. As a Black woman, the contrast was very noticeable and left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Because of this experience, I will not return to this location ever. Even from DoorDash or Uber Eats. I ask management to review the security footage and address the matter appropriately.

  Ordered honey chipotle wings and instead of it being tossed in wing sauce like advertised they came with a light drizzle of sauce

  A busy Saturday night and there are only four people total making pizzas for take out, app orders and in store… the young lady that was working the register on 6/11/2026 kept a great attitude and communicated effectively and efficiently with coworkers and the customers coming in. Everyone was locked in and working hard. Give them a raise. Hire more people. Not cool Papa John’s.
