  Ordered honey chipotle wings and instead of it being tossed in wing sauce like advertised they came with a light drizzle of sauce

  A busy Saturday night and there are only four people total making pizzas for take out, app orders and in store… the young lady that was working the register on 6/11/2026 kept a great attitude and communicated effectively and efficiently with coworkers and the customers coming in. Everyone was locked in and working hard. Give them a raise. Hire more people. Not cool Papa John’s.

  Gave me the wrong order. I tried calling and just got put on hold for a long time. Won’t be ordering from here again.

  I came in to pick up my customized pizza including crust. Team at this store was welcoming and very pleasant. The GM I know from another location is a SUPERSTAR and it shows by the way the whole team operates. Great TEAM! Keep up the Amazing Service.

  Ordered online last night, when we went to pickup the order we saw the employee behind the counter put his hands down his pants and then rub his hands on his nose. Every customer in the store just walked out without their orders.
