  I ended up going to this location on this morning 5-06-2026 around 7:45am. I placed my order rather quickly with the young man at the register. Got my receipt and after like two minutes i realized that i hadn't taken my morning medication. I simply asked the young man for a cup, in which he gave me a small cup. I took my medication out of my bag and went to the fountain machine and just choose a beverage to take my morning medication. Kenyatta or Kenyatte like she said to make sure that i spell her name right! Asked me was that a water cup that i had ,it really didnt matter to me because i was just simply trying to take my meds! I mentioned to her that it really didnt matter and that i would pay for a cup! It wasn"t that serious to me however it had to be really serious to her! Feeling insulted about her questioning me about a cup i asked for a refund on my purchase.Kenyatta or Kenyatte there is so much more going on in this world mam to question someone about a cup!!!!! I was really looking forward to enjoying my big breakfast with hot cakes and you just really spoiled my appetite!! You were so very unprofessional in handling this very simple matter!!!! And i told you that i would take time today to call corporate on you !

  I don't normally go to McDonald's but my friend went here through the drive-thru and he had a great experience. Both the lady and the guy at the window were very nice.

  I am a regular at this business. After waiting in line during 4pm rush hour for 7 minutes with no cars moving i came out of line to go park to go inside. There was no one at the drive thru windows as I pass so that was the holdup. To my amazement when I get to the front door the cashier for the drive thru is outside of the front door with her work headphones on using her cell phone. After she goes back to work the line started moving again.

  This could be the worst McDonald's. Consistent problems with orders, RIDICULOUS wait times, rude staff...and, now tonight's interaction has pushed me to leave this review. Per my photo, I placed a pickup order at 10:39 p.m. Upon arrival at 10:45 p.m., all the external doors to the dining room are locked. It clearly indicates that the dining room is open till 11:00 p.m. The staff is inside working, and I was able to get someone's attention. Instead of coming to the door to have a conservation like a normal human being, I simply get a "pull around" gesture from someone behind the counter. Absolutely unacceptable. Instead of being able to walk in during your posted hours, grab my food, and go home (note: I just got off a 4 hour plane ride and just wanted something quick and hassle free - now I'm going thru the drive thru to wait behind everyone else placing new orders. Never returning to this location.

  The crew working friday mornings gave Poor customer service. No smiles…No Energy…Just there collecting a check. This being our local McDonalds. We’ve run into issues with incorrect or incomplete orders before, but to pay for a mobile pick up, Have it showing ready for “prepping for pickup” and the Arrive and it have the order cancelled by the time we get to the drive through is upsetting. Poor representation of McDonalds.
