  Every time I go to this location the wait time is horrible. Homeless people in the lobby begging. I only get the mcChicken $5 meal snd everytime they mess up my sandwich whats so hard about reading the screen.. They didnt replace my mcchicken i asked for extra lettuce and instead i got no lettuce and extra mayo. Not what i paid for. Im NEVER GOING BACK. THE WORKS ON THEIR PERSONAL PHONES AND touching people food this location do.t weargloves or wash hands.

  I had my grandkids and we stopped in noontime The line wasn't too long and the service was great they had a great time playing inside the inside playground 👍🏽

  Hell no to this McDonald’s here in south Dekalb as a visitor to the area but ok for local people residents who live & stay in the area near this McDonald’s they luv it no matter how slow or bad the service is local people don’t mind at all cause they need this place to be here & stay open but for visitors like me naw I’ll pass & go on I20 east or west to a better metro area McDonalds not this 1 ever again plus no dine in refills as well so no never again

  Naw just a for sure ok only cause mostly local people come here & eat at this south Dekalb McDonald’s u wait a long time either inside or outside it’s a wait for real food is only at best ok that’s bout it even so it’s a popular for locals place plus they even have good security here as well like I said it’s bout ur area plus they give no inside refills on drinks

  Waited over 30 minutes for a simple order at McDonald’s — completely unacceptable and inexcusable! And I made sure to record it on video so that there is proof of my claim so that it cannot be denied that it took over 30 minutes for me to receive my food. I am seriously in shock at how far McDonald's has fallen.. I don't know what they need in order to get there store in order but they need to do it ASAP
