  Really really just a ok eastside McDonalds in Decatur 4 real what hasn’t happened at this place it seems like they stay on Atlanta local news for something yeah but still it’s a popular spot for local people kids delivery service as well despite the other stuff that be going on here shows where we is in the world 2026 as long as the food is good people will still come & pay the other stuff no attention at all so true on this eastside version of the non city of Decatur

  I wish I can give this place a 0. Whenever I order food they always give me the wrong thing and then complain when you let them know. The drive thru is hell. I payed and then had to wait literally an hour to get my food. Everything is always out. “Sorry no French fries. No chicken. No pies.” It’s ridiculous honestly. Worst McDonalds in the area.

  For the most part they’re very slow… If you order inside they’ll take at least 20 mins to make your food. The staff argue when called out for not taking orders, manager told customers “they should’ve order off the app because they were too busy to take orders”.. We don’t work for McDonald’s nor get paid to take our orders. If your a dasher than make you wait 30+ mins like we don’t get paid by our time and tips, give people who came in after you their orders and walk past you like you not there. The food usual nasty too, burnt or under cooked, the frappe’s always taste off or very bitter. I know it’s Wesley Chapel but yall could at least try to act like you ain’t been in the hood all yall lives.

  Horrible!!!!!!! I paid extra for cheese and "dressing" none of it happened. Meanwhile I have McDonalds rewards kept telling me the code was invalid and couldn't scan the QR code the drive thru. Horrible. Simple! Don't waste your money

  I went there 4 different times on a 4 different days. They always have this excuse that machine is broken for milk shakes and Frappes. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming place. I wish McDonalds actually did something to these unprofessional employees replace them with honest workers.
