  No ketchup no utensils no sauce nothing and my staff orders from here a few times in the past 2 weeks and horrible attention to detail .. need better safe and surely a new manager this is horrible service for the amount we spend …

  I've had a bad experience with this location. They seem to sell cold and old food. The first incident was my Quarter Pounder that should be cooked to order. It was dry and cold. I nearly choked on it. Just recently, I ordered a double cheeseburger and the same thing. 10-1 patties are designed to sell fast. However, even during a rush, you must learn when to drawback. Considering the location is concerned with the speed I've given up growing concern at this location. It is commonplace for a quick-serve restaurant to be fast. However, if it's not good you should dump it and start anew. I truly dislike this location. From my most recent experience and experience. COLD FRIES AND BEEF EVERYTIME.
