I also always request two shots and regularly get one. This hasn’t been an issue long term, but with new staff this location has consistently been mistaking my order. As well, the app has no way to request refunds. Hoping to check quality of ingredients & double check the amount of espresso paid for!

But today was quite the disappointment through the drive through. Ordered 4 donuts for my family of 4. They tried to up sale to a 1/2 dozen “because it’s cheaper”. I understand math that the price per donut decreases with the 1/2 or full dozen but I’m not paying overall less money so no, it is not cheaper. And I only need 4 donuts. They do I this every time & don’t take the “no, I only want 4 donuts” the first time I say it. Then I ordered a plain bagel with extra cream cheese and paid for the extra cream cheese (it was clarified verbally & on the drive thru screen). There was barely enough cream cheese to cover 1/2 a slice of bagel. I had to turn around, drive back, go inside & showed them my receipt & pathetic attempt of cream cheese. The supervisor/manager assisted me first. He tried to take the bagel from me as I showed him. I’m immunocompromised due to cancer (hence the drive through in the first place). I pulled it back and said I didn’t want him to touch my food, I just wanted the extra cream cheese I paid for. He then has to have a conversation with the employee that was making the food before actually going in the fridge to grab the cream cheese. The interaction could have been 30 seconds long but took 3 min. Make the food as ordered especially if paying extra and have better/quicker customer service (debrief with your employee after the customer is served-you saw the receipt & the food evidence).
