- LMLin MoneyApr 26, 20261.0This is by far the worst Dunkin ever. The staff have bad attitudes, poor customer service and order are constantly wrong. Management needs to revamp this place!
- LTLady TApr 25, 20261.0This is one of the absolute worst Dunkin’ locations ever. The staff is rude and the building and its surroundings look sorely neglected. The food items that are supposed to be served hot are served cold. I ordered a toasted croissant with cheese and requested that the cheese be melted. I knew to add that request based on prior experiences with this location serving cold cheese on a “toasted” croissant. Shame on me for trying to give this location another chance. Not only was the cheese not melted…it was cold. I voiced my concerns via the customer service section of their website and I’m still waiting for a response. At this point, I’ll bypass this location and travel for better service and food.
