  Don’t buy Matcha here. I asked for less ice and she fills up half the cup anyways. When I went around to try and return the drink she had so much attitude. I said “you filled up half my smal cup with ice?” and she said no I didn’t and then pointed to the half cup line where the ice was filled up and said see no I didn’t. I then told her if I took a literal picture of her pointing to the line that it’s at the half line.. she then poured the ice out and poured a bunch of milk in the cup, which I didn’t ask her to do and ruined the Matcha even more. She said this time i’ll help you next time you pay a dollar more. Sooo rude not even friendly helpful. Lazy rude workers. I never write reviews but every time I come here the service is so bad and I never complain. This time was just way too mean for me to ignore. Don’t let them treat you like this!

  My favorite Dunkin. I will go out of my way to go here. The staff is always friendly & always has my mobile order ready. The app will try to send you to a drive thru only one that is far down memorial dr. 4760 is the one to select.

  This has to be the worse Dunkin’ Donuts ever! They consistently interrupt when ordering and always with a doubt will get your order wrong. And they always get an attitude specially the old guy with the grey hair. They also charge extra for light ice and he always tries to make you tip at the window. Please take your money somewhere else

  Esse é o pior Dunkin que existe na minha região. They take more than 20 minutes to deliver a simple shake to the customer and the poor delivery people suffer a lot from the delay in the delivery of orders, they only start producing the food when the delivery people arrive at the establishment thus making a big mess and delay. If you want advice I don’t come here 🙌🙌🙌🙌👎👎👎👎👎👎

  So I went to this new location (new to me) I was thirsty so I googled DD near me it took me to 4670 memorial Dr Decatur Ga. I ordered a large sweet tea w/ one cream and one surgery I know how it sounds to people who haven't heard of it so I get it but his comments and gestures was really pushing my buttons so he repeated the order to me like he wanted to make sure I was saying.. Me: good morning can I have a large sweet tea with one cream and one sugar DD: a large sweet tea? Me: yes DD: one cream and one augar? Me: ( in my head I'm saying if you can repeat it you heard me) but I said yes slowly DD: turns his head to give his co-worker the side eye and a head jesture towards me Me: I wanted to say something so bad but I decided to stay calm and kept telling my self he never heard of drink I'm not on my side of town where I'm not the only one that tried and likes it what I did do was give his a hard stare with my head to the side to let him know I know what he just did DD: rings up my order I paid then he walks away about 5 min later he calls out large sweet tea one cream one sugar when I go to grab it he acts like he didn't want to let my cup go so I aggressively pull it out of his head and said thank you and left I'm still telling myself I'm not going to get upset cuz I'm not coming back
