- TTTina1 day ago5.0I LOVE this location. Every time I pull up, it feels like going to see my cousins lol. They are all SO sweet and they always go out of their way to make sure my coffee is the way I like. SHAMEKA ALWAYS gets it right and her attentive service, attention to detail and friendliness makes my day. I love everyone at this location, I go inside every time just to see them 😂.
- EBE B6 days ago1.0I just left this location and what I thought was going to be a 5 to 10 minute experience, turned i to a 40 minute to an hour one. I ordered my food and everything was cool until I asked for my receipt at the end. I was told to pull up and wait for my food 10 minutes later the lady came out on the phone. Laughing and key keying, just to hand me my food and all of my items were not in the bag. I had to loudly say excuse me to get her attention because she was so into her personal conversation. I told her what was missing and she went back into the establishment. I sat waiting for her to return for 10 minutes and something told me to go in. Once I went in my food was just in the counter. The other young lady cooking the food didnt say anything just came over and picked the food up and handed it to me. No kind of communication. Then to get in the car and my food be over cooked I mean scribbled up from being burnt. I hope this review shed light to management and hopefully help with the customer service on this establishment. It sucks that we cant maintain good businesses and establishments in the community and this is a major part of the reason. Terrible and uncomfortable experience.

- TTTotalBodyBlastAug 20, 20262.0On 8/20/26 at 1pm, I decided to try this location instead of the cute independent coffee house cafe near my house. I was at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no answer. I had to say "hello is anyone there," before someone came to speaker. I could barely hear them over the speaker when ordering an Iced Chai Latte. When I got to the window, she confirmed my order. When I sipped the drink and realized it was not iced Chai (which is a tea) but a bland iced coffee, I had already pulled out of the parking lot. I did not have time to go back. I tried to sip on it and make do but it was a terrible drink. I trashed it more than half full. That's the last time I will get coffee in the hood. I will go back to my cozy independent coffee shop in my neighborhood.
