  This is the absolute worst chipotle I’ve ever visited in my life. I ordered a chipotle Steak bowl off Uber Eats today and requested that the driver request vinaigrette because it does not give the option to buy it on the app. It is also like that on DoorDash app, and instead of staff allowing him to get the vinaigrette for me, staff said that I should have drove up there myself and purchased the vinaigrette, even though it was an Uber eats order very rude and customer service is always lacking. I also paid extra for queso and did not receive it in my bowl. the bowl was very messy and sloppily created. The very few times I have been up there. The customer service always lacks professionalism that it also desperately needs. This happened July 2, 2026 7:30pm

  Paid $50+ dollars for a door dash order , they threw it together with dry cheese , no sauces & don’t even care to put all the ingredients requested .. Also, how did they run out of , chicken , steak , etc at 3pm ? So disappointed

  Popular popular popular as new money eastside chipotle place big time I mean almost if not everyday night this place be packed up with people for real this place so popular for real the parents even be bringing there kids in here late night & in this IPhone IPads age that’s saying a lot for real when a place can get them off & into a place but this chipotle does that

  A young lady with red hair was being extremely unprofessional. She was cleaning around my bowl with a big bucket of water and whatever brown water was in it almost got into my food. I just ordered a plate from the same location and a strand of her hair was in my plate, wrapped around my lettuce. Services from other employees were amazing but her services were poor.

  I love this location, food is always fresh and have no issues except one employee tht just started a few months ago, she has a terrible attitude and I have issues Everytime I go in there from her. Today she talked over my food asking if I had protein on my bowl when they normally ask when you get to the register, she acts like she doesn't like what she does. This is not the place for attitudes and everything else she does, you're dealing with food tht WE pay for not you so I dnt understand why make ppl feel uncomfortable Everytime they come in there if we are paying OUR money for what we want. It's disgusting in food service. Get another job of you dnt like the one u have. This place had no issues until she came, everybody else is friendly and responsive
