  Came in tonight on my way from the airport to get Chipotle and was reminded of why I avoid this location. They just never seem prepared or ready. While I love the drive through option here, my food never seems to be right when I get home. So, I am left having to WAIT! I never understand how this Chipotle is never prepared for the crowds of people coming into order food. The times I have decided to get Chipotle it’s because of the fact no matter the time of day, they seem to never be prepared. Therefore, I have planned on going to other locations when o truly do want to support the one in my local area. It’s truly my hope that they can truly begin to make severe improvements to their logistics to ensure that this location will survive, because the fact that so many other people are commenting about driving to others locations as well, and even my own planning to avoid this particular location seriously brings worries to not only their survival but the inability to also bring in other options as well. We want to see this location be successful, we want to see more businesses come into the area…but these kind of things are not helping as we also look at the experiences.

  They were out of food an hour and half before closing. They didn’t have any meat to offer and they were cleaning up everything. The store closes at 11PM, not 10PM! Yall need a new manager and a new staff

  Avoid this location! The service is terrible, as in nobody says hello or smiles, they are slow almost on purpose, they give the SMALLEST portions of food, etc. The restaurant is always dirty. They run out of many of the toppings or meat daily. Oh and did I mention, the line is SLOW. Painfully slow. Nobody working here is interested in working hard, tackling the line, trying to make sure customers have a good experience.. it’s like somebody forced them to be at work against their will. Overall just a horrible, terrible, location, that will stay that way because people put up with it just to get a bite to eat and management DOES NOT CARE. Good luck.
