- LHLaTauJae Harper6 days ago2.0Very disappointed with my first visit to this location. I ordered a chicken bowl meal with a coffee, three French vanilla creamers, 10 sugars, and an extra hash brown. The employee repeated my order back to me and initially said half-and-half, then corrected herself and said French vanilla. However, my order still came with 6 half-and-half instead of the French vanilla creamers, and 3 sugars as I requested. On top of that, I did not receive the extra hash brown I paid for OR any silverware to eat my meal. I normally visit the Chick-fil-A on Scott Boulevard, but since they were closed due to construction, I decided to try this location. Unfortunately, having my order completely wrong on my very first visit has left a bad impression, and I don’t feel comfortable returning. I expect better attention to detail, especially when the order was repeated back and confirmed.

The manager, Ryan, told me he wouldn't make the breakfast and would instead issue a refund. Again, I was here before 10:30am. When I told him this he gave me two sarcastic thumbs up, illustrating he doesn't care. I've never seen a manager act so unprofessional and I'm shocked to see it at Chick-fil-A. Lost my business, never returning to this location. Specifically because of the way Ryan dealt with this situation. Extremely unprofessional and the amount of money they want for a meal and then to treat you terribly afterwards is absurd.

The drive up and order was another touch to this location. The freshness and temperature of the food was absolutely on point.
