  I just wanted to say that I just experienced some of the best customer service. Better than any chicfile. Good ol southern hospitality.

  I don't understand why some people go to the same job everyday and don't wanna work. That place is notorious to barely provide the service or product that you want past 10pm. Tonight, the minute I was going through to the drive thru and noticed the ordering box (with A.I.) with a sign that reads "not in service" I had a bad feeling about what the service was gonna be -- it didn't failed. When the computer was in charge the service started to improve which why I went back. I ordered a "Sourdough Double Melt" then asked to "add bacon, mayo and lettuce"... I received a whole different sandwich with no onions, bacon, mayo or lettuce and some stuffed cheese item I didn't order instead of the apple pie I ordered. (see picture) That was in person (sandwich on the left). The one on the right is sandwich number 2 thru Uber Eats (another attempt) but still no Sourdough Double Melt -- it's like passed 10pm, they made a bunch basic cheese burgers early that sits there, just to pass the time until they need to punch out for the night. Needless to say I will never go back to that store (and maybe Checkers altogether).

  They keep making me food that looks absolutely nothing like (or contains any of the ingredients) the promotional items I go there to get. It's shockingly bad even for modern day fast food. Thanks "owner" for your suggestion. I do that for the second time in a row and wouldn't you know, they once again offer me a $5 off coupon via email to print off for my next order. That really really makes up for spending over $8 on something I didn't receive. Again.

  Customer service was amazing, but for some reason my sandwich was hard as a brick, and soda was flat. Amazing employees but the food was disheartning...

  For someone who works in the food industry for such a long time the night crew here took great care of me I told asked one of the team members if it was okay if I could order at the front counter because of my disability (hearing impaired) and he was kind to let me told me he got me and made sure I was taken care of I had just gotten off work and this was the only place that was open close to my job it felt nice to be taken in great hands the way I do with my own customers ❤️❤️❤️
