  I visited this location and was over charged for my food by condescending and rude cashier. I ordered the 2 for $5 spicy chicken sandwich and fish sandwich. I then said I wanted to make it a medium meal. Which adds 3.69, but I was told at the window the price was $12.61. I tried to explain to the cashier that the price wasn't right. To which she answered condescendingly "I gave you what you ordered", "I gave you what you ordered." She then said she would fix it. She took off my medium drink and fry as if I couldn't afford it and changed my sides to small then continued to over charge me for that as well. To add a small fry and drink to these sandwiches is $2.50. She charged me $4.50. When I went online to look at the order cost if I pick it up and my food indeed was cheaper with me making my meal medium and using a program that actually knows your menu. The service sucked but this location been going down hill with these weak hires and I'm sure not good enough pay. There is an older woman who works here too. She's always great but she needs help. The food was fine but the lady at the window sucked and pretty much robbed me. The pic is what she tried to charge me for the medium. I ended up with a small(her choice without talking to me about it) and even being over charged for the small I didn't order.

  Ms. Punkin had us!!! The whole staff was amazing…on top of everything & made sure the order was right & fresh. Definitely a family vibe coming up here!!! I came up here with my girls & I honestly couldn’t ask for a better staff to be here. The peace & love is unmatched!

  I DON'T EVEN WRITE REVEIWS THIS PLACE IS JUST AWFUL Gave this location multiple chances and was let down every single time. The first time was just after midnight, I was the only customer and I ordered in the drive through. When I reached the window, I was ignored for nearly 10 minutes before being told to pay and park in the parking lot. Another 10 minutes pass and I'm given my food, cold. I figure it could just be a bad day, so I go back a week later, this time ordering on the app at 6:45pm exactly. I get there at 6:55 and pull into the pickup lane. Nobody acknowledges I'm there. At 7:10, I pull into the regular drive-through lane to see if I can talk to somebody. After 15 minutes, someone opens the window, I tell them my name and once again, I'm told to park in the lot. I do and wait until 7:40 before giving up and going home without food. The management and staff are INCOMPETENT at this location. There were multiple employees inside the building both visits and I have no idea what they were doing because they sure as hell weren't preparing orders. Only saving grace is the price, but you'd be better off going to literally any other Checkers.
