  More of a corporate thing but ..No A1 anymore??! What?! That is the staple of a steak house. That makes me wanna go look for a different steak house even though Outback was my go to. This new A+ steak sauce is not it, that stuff is rougher than a stucco bathtub. Bring back the A1!!! Other than that, server Kayden she was amazing! Great performance and personality!

  I had the best service here I've had in a long, long time. Food was very good as well. My family of three were truly happy with our choice to dine here for lunch today. Oy!

  Had a little situation with my order, I called and spoke to the manager and he completely fixed the issue, like it never existed.. the food was perfect along with the service. Thank you

  Had a rough one today, our server was very nice so nothing at all against her. My wife opened her napkin to get her knife and the knife was dirty, waitress replaced it , so I figured I better look at mine as well, I opened the napkin and there was a long female hair and my knife had dried food still stuck to it so she also got me a new set of utensils, my wife and I both ordered medium rare steaks, we got our food and hers was great , good flavor and medium rare, my steak was medium and not medium rare , waitress took it back and later brought me another steak , the cut of meat was very poor and it was more cooked than the medium stake before, so when I let them know this was cooked more I knew what was going to happen next , they were not going to like it coming back. I knew I was going to get the rarest steak you can do just to thumb it back at me and sure enough the third steak was extremely rare, barley cooked at all , now I wasn’t going to send a 3rd steak back so we left , really disappointed I was looking forward to steak all day

  Unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. There seems to be a serious issue in the kitchen because we waited nearly an hour for our food , even they were not busy at all. Ordered the ribeye steak, cooked medium rare. When it finally arrived, the meat was gray all the way through instead of having the proper medium-rare color. We sent it back, waited another 15 minutes,by the time everyone finished their food and they brought a replacement. Unfortunately, the second steak looked exactly the same, and both steaks had an unpleasant smell. It honestly made us wonder if old meat was being used. The pasta and the other dishes our children ordered were fine, but our meals were unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was that no one apologized or tried to make it right. We still had to pay for the meals despite the poor quality. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this location.
