  I have visited my mother in law 2x a year for the last 3 years. Each year we’ve purchased meat here that was spoiled. It happened again this week. And while they give the money back I am concerned for my MIL eating spoiled meat accidentally. I spoke with the manager and he said “we don’t have any problems with spoiled meat”. He basically acted like I was making it up. He was very rude and couldn’t comprehend that the possibility exists that maybe one of their coolers has an issue or something. This visit we also got bad cottage cheese as well. I think it says a lot about a store when they refuse to acknowledge an issue or even check into it. He just got defensive. Not the kind of management I’d expect from a grocery store.

  When a visibly pregnant woman walks past you trying to get to the bathroom, and all you do is loudly and coldly say, "Ma'am, it's out of order," twice without even greeting her or anything (I didn't even know she was talking to me), then you don't even suggest another place to use the restroom. When she asks, you tell her, "You can go outside"... like I'm an idiot. Of course I know I can go outside. My question is, is the bathroom out of order for the whole store, including the employees? Do they expect everyone to just hold their pee? The other manager was a least courteous and suggested Dollar Tree. But I expected another bathroom in the store. Feel bad for everyone there if they all have to wait and share that one "out of order" bathroom the whole day.

  This is by far and away the friendliest and most helpful staff. Whether to grocery question or rushing in at the very last second to grab that item you forgot and them being gracious enough to let you get it or forgetting your phone at the register and they hold it for you I can't say enough about our Dawsonville store I give more stars if I could.

  Have been going here for years. The store is kept clean and well stocked. The employees here are so incredibly kind and hard-working. I have never had a bad experience.

  Loveeee living 2 minutes away from such a great grocery store. It’s always clean, organized, stocked, and staff is always polite and prices are great! I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while but finally actually sat down and did it lol 10/10 recommend shopping here!
