  Great customer service experience tonight and I hope someone at corporate takes notice. We ordered through the app and went to pickup. There was a super nice young lady at the window who handed us our order. We double checked it and found that the guac was missing so we went back to the window. Same young lady asked if everything was OK. We said the guac was missing, she checked the order and said we didnt order guac. I was sure we had and said it was with the quesadilla. She said it wasn't ordered but gave us a container of guac. Well she was right! We didn't order it and she could have pressed the point. Instead she choose good customer service knowing we were wrong. The customer is not always right but glad to know she was only interested in making a customer happy.

  Only has a cop discount and not a military discount. Thats ridiculous. Probably not coming back just on principle. Employees are always rude. Store is freezing inside and dirty all the time.

  I don’t know what possessed me to try this place again. This may have been my 5th or 6th visit in the past 6 years. Surprisingly, every visit is worst than the last. The food is terrible, the countertops aren’t clean, and the servers are always rude or oblivious.
