- RHRhonda Hudson-RoshauJun 27, 20261.0I placed an online order at Bojangles, 326 South 400 Center Lane, Dawsonville, GA 30534, on June 27, 2026, at approximately 3:05 PM, and I was very disappointed with my experience. My order was incomplete—the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit I ordered was missing. The biscuit I did receive was hard, and the steak was completely soaked in grease, making it inedible. The seasoned fries were also disappointing because they were a mix of old and freshly cooked fries, resulting in inconsistent quality. The only items that were good were the free chicken sandwich and the Bo Rounds. Those were fresh and tasted great. I would have gone back to have my order corrected, but we were already 16 miles away, so returning wasn't practical. I also called the restaurant multiple times, but every call went to the answering machine, so I was unable to speak with anyone about the problems with my order. This experience was frustrating. I expect better quality control, accurate order fulfillment, and a way to reach someone when there is an issue with an online order. I hope management addresses these problems so other customers don't have the same experience.

I witnessed her pick up her phone with her gloves on , touch the screen and type on it then place it back against what looks like the cooler wall and continue making biscuits with the same gloves on. Our phones are nasty especially when we go on break go to the bathroom and then you touch them with the same gloves hands you making food with. Its disgusting. I did snap and pic but there is no prompt here for me to upload it.

I was just in the store and was at the register for 15 minutes and when I asked if anyone was going to take my order they yelled at me and told me to wait and I told them I have been waiting for 15 minutes and they snapped back at me and told me to keep waiting. Yelled and gave attitude like I was the problem for not getting served. I shouldn’t have to wait more than 15 minutes. Just to place an order when I’m standing inside your restaurant. Serve the people who are actually taking the time to come into your establishment than the cars in the drive-through. The service here is always awful and the people here are never nice. They will give you attitude every chance that they get and you’ll wait more than 30 minutes just for your order. I highly recommend going to ANY other location or ANY other place that serves breakfast rather than this location. It’s like this every single day. AVOID IF YOU CAN.
