I just ordered the chicken salad sandwich. I went through the drive thru. I was not given a receipt and had to ask for it. The sandwich was on very stale bread it was not cut in half. There was barely any chicken salad on the bread. I hate that I have to inspect my order all the time. These are simple things.

UPDATE ON RESOLUTION: In response to not just one issue but two issues on the same order. I was issued $12 refund of my order and a credit on my Arby's account for a free sandwich.
On Sunday May 31st I placed a mobile order for two double beef and cheddar sandwiches and a four piece potato cake. I designated the time of 10:30 p.m. to pick up my order. I actually arrived earlier than I thought at 10:15 p.m. I was not sure if I was able to pick up my order early but was told that the order had not dropped so I took the 15 minutes and went to the Walmart to pick up a few items. Around 10:30 p.m. I picked up my mobile order. The bag was sealed and my order receipt was attached to the bag. I had placed the mobile order at another restaurant to which I went and picked up my order there. Around 11:00 p.m. I arrived home. Roughly 11:20 p.m. I opened the bag I received from Arby's to which I found I only had one of the two sandwiches I had ordered. At this time I then found the phone number to the Arby's and proceeded to call them about my missing sandwich. They pulled up my ticket and saw that I was supposed to get two sandwiches as I had used the BOGO coupon. They told me they would be happy to make my missing sandwich if I wanted to come back up. Thank goodness I only live 10 minutes away otherwise that offer would have been not possible. I didn't mention to them that it was inconvenient for me to have to drive all the way back back to the restaurant. At that point they suggested they could write a note and I could come back on Monday to pick up my missing sandwich. I decided to drive back up before they close to get my sandwich to which I did. It was very inconvenient for me to drive 10 minutes there and then 10 minutes back and was hoping to receive an apology or maybe offer of a free turnover or a coupon for a sandwich at another time, but I received nothing other than them giving me my sandwich. When I received my sandwich I asked the lady at the window if this was a double beef and cheddar like I had ordered. She told me yes it was so I took her word and left to come home. After arriving home I noticed that the new sandwich I got did not seem the same size as the first sandwich I've received. I opened both sandwiches and you can tell a visual difference in the size. They had made my missing sandwich just a regular beef and cheddar. Now I wasn't going to write a review but I am so sorry that when a mistake is made on an order specially if it's not in the restaurant but someone is picking up an order and taking it home to where they're not going to notice that there's a problem until after they get home and then to compound that mistake the correction was not the correct resolution. I actually have a food scale and I weighed both sandwiches. The new sandwich weighed only a little over 7 oz where the double beef and cheddar weighed almost 11 oz. So not only visually did the sandwiches look different but by weight the sandwiches were different. I am attaching photos that I took. I am highly disappointed in the response to this. mistake from this establishment.

The food was good but I did not receive the condiments asked for with my meal. The location is a little difficult to get in and out of.

Did the drive-through to order two French Dip sandwiches and two large ice teas. The service was prompt and the young man who took my order and gathered all the items was pleasant and efficient. The ice teas were perfectly thirst-quenching. We’re looking forward to our next meal from Arby’s!
