  Our softball team stopped by after a game and the service was PHENOMENAL! The food was awesome too. Quick service and great environment!

  Clean restaurant. Okay food. Chocolate chip cookie dough milkshake is soooo good! Customer service needs work. I only go for the shake. Nothing else.

  We stopped in while traveling to grab a biscuit for breakfast. When we entered, the place was filthy. The bathrooms were gross, the trash can area was gross, and the door had greasy hand prints. The staff didnt acknowledge us which didnt matter because we certainly were not eating anything prepared there. Love Jacks but not this one.

  A day I had cleaned 3 houses and had just gotten some bad news , I went and got 2 sandwiches and 2 strawberrie cream pies. I say the same story Everytime I order food , I have prencreatitis, and say the same story each time I order 🙃 😐 I can't have Any raw onions, tomatoes, spicy, or chocolate on or in my food . If you run back the tapes from that day it might help. So after doing that I was ordering with the employee that took my order when I asked how long the pies were there ,replied 🤷‍♀️ IDK so I asked for 2 new ones ,she called me for the sandwiches, opened the chicken and tomatoes 🍅 on it , I took it to her , she remade it and allowed me to keep sandwich, manager asked for sandwich back , gave it then he proceeds to tell and show me how 🤔 it doesn't say no tomatoes in demeaning way , 😳 I try to tell him about my safeguard for that , he dismissed me, I walk back to table, then he didn't let it go then ask why am I still there , I look at him and say exactly ! Then I say my pies ... next thing he says was you wanted fresh ones and they take time , I say then you answered your own question... so not only was my food wrong ,you took away something given to me demeaning me and arguing being combative to where the EMPLOYEE was telling me to just leave you got your pies now , the white female employee that was taking the white plastic paper between the hamburgers watched it all , please ask her when I was giving my replies and while hearing it all unfold she found humor I think till my PTSD kicked in I said he should just tell me have a good day and everyone shut up
