  Food portions aren't always consistent with the chicken quesadillas This has happened twice The picture shows that meat was filled below my thumb

  Positives first, The place looks about as good as you can get an old Zaxbys to look, but in the end its still a gutted Zaxbys Thats it The service is terrible, i asked to get the Nacho Asada with no beans or tomato on it, the lady at the counter just repeated "Nacho Asada" and i corrected her by adding "with no beans or tomato" and my mother (who has a low spice tolerance) asked for the steak burrito with no jalapeño as well, same lady at the counter, lo and behold we get our food, mine covered in tomatoes and with beans up the wazoo, and my mothers burrito had more Jalapeño then she could handle after she took a single bite, so either the lady at the counter either didnt listen or didnt care and I dont know which is worse, should've gotten her name to warn people Whats even worse is that the food looked genuinely good, its just that the service here is a driving factor in my family's decision to never go there again Update: my mother threw up due to the jalapeños that were put in her burrito, will never step foot near the establishment ever again

  Fantastic food and super friendly staff. The handmade tortillas were the best. My little girl thought it was the best as well and she can be very picky!

  I’ve gone to this establishment since they opened, and the care for service has declined severely. After going through the drive through, the server did not shut the containers for any food or salsa and now I am left with a mess of food in my truck, and a $20 lunch wasted on my only break today. Terrible experience overall
