  This place is exceptional!! Got the meatloaf and it was really good but i was especially impressed with the sides. The Green beans were so flavorful! The slaw was unique and im gonna try to copy it at home. The fried cabbage was very good but i was hoping for a little bit of char on it. Overall 10/10

  I had grilled chicken ceaser. I got extra chicken, but didn't need it. Service was great, food was great. (Restrooms are clean)

  Stopped for breakfast with the son on Sept 18. Coffee was good and hot, but was never offered a refill. Hubby and I got the Oakwood plate. I had scrambled eggs, bacon and a biscuit. Hubby had overeasy eggs with both bacon and sausage, a biscuit with gravy and a side of hash browns. Son had the the ham and cheese omelette with toast. Food was cooked perfectly and was tasty. Wished the serving staff would have stayed off their phones, might have had better service.

  As a melanated person I'll just say come with lowered expectations and accept it for what it is, which is quick, inexpensive, "Southern" diner-style food. We ordered the smoked chicken wings, corn casserole, sweet potato souffle, baked beans, greens, and baked sweet potato. Everything was bland: not as seasoned or as sweet as you would expect. I'm pretty sure the smoked wings were completely unseasoned (I guess they expect the dijon glaze to be the star?). I wasn't a fan of dijon so I ordered them plain, but didn't expect plain to mean unseasoned. Sweet potato souffle was decent enough, corn souffle was...ok (different than we expected), and baked beans were mid. Greens and pot roast were bland, bf had to add salt and pepper to both. Cornbread was ok, it leans hot water-style with a slight sweetness. Food temperature varied - my wings and baked beans were hot but bf's food was lukewarm. Was also concerned about how very dusty the light fixture was directly over our food, and some of the seats definitely need to be re-upholstered. On the positive side, service was very quick and fairly friendly. And you will likely leave full, the portions were decent (my boyfriend was rather disappointed with his portion of pot roast though).

  Driving from AtL to Nashville and stoped for lunch. Ordered chicken wings?!? They came out the whole wing, no bbque , no blue cheese and no celery/carrots? No seasoning dumped out of frtyer!! The worst order of chicken wings i have ever had the misfortune of seeing in my 69 years on this planet😳 the light fixture and ac vent covered in 1/ 2 inch of dust . Baked beans strait out of industrial kitchen supplier. If you want an experience of the worst possible food ? Stop here!
