  Unfortunately this is the closest McDonald’s to us and my kids favroite “treat”, I don’t think I’ve EVER gone through this drive through and gotten what I’ve ordered. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Never. They never include the sauces you have to PAY FOR, this time it was sauces and our “specialty” drinks that were about $4 apiece. Last time it was a McGriddle with NO egg because we have an allergy and we got an EGG MCMUFFIN. Management seriously needs to incorporate some two step verification or scrap the employees they have and start new. My 3 year old could do a better job at this point.

  i did an online order and didn’t have time to go back because I had to go Work and I tried calling the store because they messed up my order because I made an online order of a large fry and a small fry and didn’t get any fries

  Took two bites, second one to confirm the first one, of my qtr pounder and it was pure salt. Threw it away and won't be stopping there again

  I guarantee you this is a franchise store 3.3 is not a good rating at all out of 5! Five of my last four orders were wrong!? They don't have their phone hooked up so every time I have a bad order I can't call them I would consider the store as the bottom of the pit store their health department school is not very good but they're right across the street from my business so my employees and I go there but I make them do it the right way every time I order I have to make them do the order all over again because they always mess it up and it's amazing nobody cares they just keep doing it I wonder how high their food cost is if this was a privately owned store I would think that the owner would not let his store run like this! Absolutely awful get your you know what together! If I was the manager at the store I would be absolutely embarrassed because there's no managing being done it's a free-for-all they make whatever they want no matter what you ask them absolutely horrible shame on you McDonald's
