I'm editing because after the phone call this morning to the manager it's even worse So I called to speak to the manager hoping to just get an apology or my money back I was very kind I didn't get upset or anything! The manager got irate with me. Was loud and rude. I couldn't even get a word in edgewise. And then she hung up on me......I am disabled with post traumatic stress disorder starting my day with a manager yelling at me about their mistake was not the way anyone wants to start the day

After five minutes, I receive yet another bag of soggy, greasy, soft, fries. Since when did we start rushing the French Fry cooking process As well as reducing the French fry portion size?

I like heavy metal, but seeing older people walk in the turn and walk out without ordering should have said something, won't be coming back.....talk to your day manager!
