As an example I stopped on July 5th at 5:25 PM and ordered a 12 piece in the drive through. After I placed my order the employee told me they didn't have enough chicken and it would be a 20 minute wait. 45 minutes later I got my order.

I have to give a huge shoutout to the Bojangles in Dalton for completely restoring my faith in great customer service. Ashley, the manager, went above and beyond in a way that she absolutely did not have to. After hearing about our experience, she took the time to make things right and even replaced our entire order. More importantly, she treated us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, Ashley truly stands out. What impressed me even more was that the excellent service didn’t stop with her. I interacted with three other employees during my visit, and every single one of them was friendly, courteous, and welcoming. It’s clear that this location takes pride in how they treat their customers. The food was fresh, accurate, and exactly what we ordered, which was a refreshing change after dealing with repeated issues elsewhere. The hospitality from the entire team made us feel valued and appreciated as customers. At this point, we are more than willing to make the drive from Fort Oglethorpe to Dalton just because of the outstanding service, great food, and welcoming atmosphere. That extra drive is worth it when you know you’ll be treated with respect and leave satisfied. Thank you, Ashley, and the entire Dalton Bojangles team, for turning a negative experience into such a positive one. You set the standard for what customer service should look like, and it does not go unnoticed. Highly recommend this location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
