  Horrible customer service especially from Jaycee I believe her name was I'm not sure but she said she was the GM! I tried using a digital gift card in store and was told they can't scan the barcode or put the card number in manually!! Even tried telling me my GIFT CARD was locked !!!! Hows that even possible?? I asked for her bosses name and contact and she refused to give it to me! She insisted that I make any complaints to HER then she would pass it along!!! I said if I'm complaining about you why would I give you the complaint? she then smiled and walked to the back of the store!! Was the rudest Arby's I've ever been too and I LOVE ARBYS but now I don't wanna order from this location because of HER!!

  Ordered 2 French dips and peach cobbler 2pc. Didn't receive peach cobbler. Tried calling for an hour with no one answering the phone. There was a 20min wait on au'jus. Only takes hot water with their powder.

  Ordered through the drive thru 2-french dips, medium fries and a peach cobbler 2pc. When I got home I received everything except the peach cobbler 2pc and no napkins.
