  I stop by here almost every morning, but today I had an unpleasant experience with a young lady. When I explained that the drink given to me wasn’t mine, she responded, “What you have?” in a condescending tone and intentionally didn’t give me a straw. If you don’t like working the morning shift, maybe customer service isn’t the place for you. Some employees could definitely use better customer service training. That said, I’ve also had great experiences with kind employees here who provide good service and make great suggestions.

  I wanted to try Seven Brew for the first time because I had seen so many good things about it so I looked up their menu and I saw this German Chocolate Chiller that looked like an amazing dark brown Frappuccino with whipped cream and toppings. So I figure I order it for delivery. I get this light brown colorless smoothie consistency drink. Which taste nothing but straight up caffeine and just coffee with no sugar. If that’s how bad the drinks taste alright not everything is good but why advertise one thing and sale another ? Then I ordered a cookies and cream chiller and I got the exact same thing. No cookies no cream just a light brown smoothie consistency with no flavor but straight up dark coffee with no sugar. Wish I could get my money back but it was cash so all I can say is never coming back and I would most definitely not recommend.

  Our drinks were fantastic!!! Everyone was so friendly especially Zailey! I would highly recommend this location.

  It’s ridiculous how the traffic gets blocked anytime this place has anything going on. I mean Walnut Ave is one of the main roads and people are stuck for 30+ minutes for mediocre coffee. I understand this isn’t the businesses fault nor the workers (very pleasant people) but I need someone to come up with a better plan. Some people have work and I’m sure this is effecting other businesses around them. DO NOT plan to grab lunch anywhere in Walnut Ave if 7Brew decides to have any sort of deal unless you plan to wait an hour. Whoever owns this building needs to figure out what they can do to solve this issue. If you want the same coffee I advise you go to McDonald’s and get creamers and flavors from any grocery store and I promise it will taste the same. Update- left my house at 11am to travel less than 2 miles away and arrived at my location at 11:48am. This location needs to move to somewhere bigger or has parking. And all of this over a toy that costs $5, save the money for coffee and go get the toy. Ridiculous.

  I’m just gonna go ahead and say that this coffee shop since opening has completely destroyed walnut Avenue traffic. The fact that they’re giving out I guess Nito‘s whatever that ridiculous toy is has completely got traffic to a standstill. I understand promotions, and doing stuff to drive business kudos to you guys for doing that but come on whether it was free coffee before grand opening which completely brought the entire place to a standstill or now this it’s an absolute crap show. On sheer principal alone, I won’t go to this coffee shop because every day on Walnut when they do these promotions it destroys traffic. I’ve been sitting at a standstill for 10 minutes. I haven’t even gotten off the interstate absolutely ridiculous. Go to Starbucks.
