  Ordered $80 in wings for delivery. Notification said delivered. Nothing was delivered, and the picture is the front seat of the drivers car. Called store and they Sorry nothing we can do. I ordered through Wingstop!

  Let me start by saying I HAVE NEVER BEEN A FAN OF WINGSTOP. 😂 Like, you could not pay me to eat Wingstop. I had some horrible experiences with Wingstop years ago where the chicken was undercooked, and after that, I was DONE. I felt like their chicken was never fully cooked, the flavors weren't giving, and I just could not understand why people liked it. My husband, on the other hand, LOVES Wingstop and has always eaten it with no problem. Me? No ma'am. 😂 Then we went to Chicago recently, and I decided to give Wingstop another chance. I got the Hot Honey Rub, and I was SHOCKED. 🤯🔥 It was actually GOOD! Like…really good! So I started thinking maybe it was just Chicago. 😂 I told myself, “Okay, maybe Wingstop down here in Georgia is still trash, but Chicago Wingstop is different.” My cousin also told me that Wingstop is actually a better option when you're craving wings because of the oil they use and how they prepare their chicken, so I figured when we got back home, I'd give it another try. There's a Wingstop not too far from my house, but I was STILL skeptical. We've been trying different wing spots—Cafe Wing Max in Hiram, American Deli in Hiram, etc.—and I kept saying, “We really need to see what this Wingstop is giving.” Then I looked at the reviews. 😩 And I was like, “OH NO. These reviews are BAD.” 😂 But let me tell y'all something… I have been to this Wingstop FOUR TIMES in the last month, and they have NOT MISSED. I don't know where the negative reviews came from. I don't know if they're under new management. I don't know if people just caught them on bad days. I honestly don't know. But what I DO know is that based on my four-plus experiences within the last month, I've had nothing but good experiences. My fries have been fresh. 🍟 My wings have been cooked perfectly. 🍗 My dry rub has been seasoned exactly how I requested. My food has been HOT every single time. Everything I've ordered has been in my bag. And I haven't had any issues with the quality of my food. And trust me, I intentionally waited to write this review because I wanted to make sure I wasn't just having a good first experience. But after going back FOUR TIMES, I'm comfortable saying this location has been consistent for me. The only real issue I've had was when I called to place an order and was told they don't take phone orders for more than 10 wings—you have to come inside and place the order. It wasn't a huge deal because I usually get a 6-piece or 8-piece combo anyway. My husband sometimes wants 10–15 wings, so it was just a little inconvenient. I could have ordered online, but I was already right there, so I just went inside. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Customer service has also been good overall. There was ONE interaction with an employee where I was thinking, “Baby…1 + 1 should equal 2. What are we doing here?” 😂😂 But that's neither here nor there because overall, the good definitely outweighs the bad. So, as someone who has historically HATED Wingstop, I have to give credit where credit is due. This location has completely changed my opinion of Wingstop. Four visits in one month, and they haven't disappointed me yet. I will absolutely keep going back! 🔥🍗

  I live down the street and order here A LOT. My last time was a recent order I placed 30 lemon pepper wings and they were full of oil. I tried to call the store multiple times to get it rectified and no answer. I left a complaint and for a manager to contact me but that has not happened either. This is like the 5th time this has happened. I always order and pay for all flats and sometimes they will sneak a number of drums in. Majoritybof the time the fries are cold. I ordered on mothers day and paid online, showed up to the store at 11 pm and no one was there . On no occasion have I been compensated or had my orders fixed. This happens to be one of my favorite places maybe I'll just have to go to the other location on cobb pkwy smh

  been here twice this year. when i order online, my order has always been ready when i get there, . the wings are good..

  I had an unfortunate experience where an Uber driver stole half of my Wingstop order that I paid $50 for. Uber eats did nothing so I called the store and they were super fast to try and make things right. The manager was fantastic and they remade the food. I ordered 10 Bone in lemon pepper wings and they ended up giving me 25. This is by far the best customer service experience i’ve ever had a Wingstop.
