  I came in today for the $1 Enchirito. I came to the drive-through to place my order and was told that I needed to place my order through the app to get the deal. I agreed and they asked me to pull forward to the window which I did. I told them I would pull around after ordering on my app and the young lady asked me if the Enchirito was all I was ordering and I told her yes. She said “I’ve got you” She brought it to the window and told me it was on her today. No charge.! What wonderful customer service. I did not get her name, but she was a young African-American female with glasses. You made my day and brought back memories of eating Enchiritos in my childhood.

  I ordered the new Chalupas, and I wasn't aware they came with an orange creamy sauce because the menu picture didn't show any sauce. I don't eat any type of sauces, so I politely asked the manager, Dana, if they could be remade without the sauce. Dana told me that I would have to pay for them again if I wanted them remade. I then asked if I could receive a refund since I couldn't eat the food as prepared, but she refused, stating that there was nothing wrong with the tacos. What was most disappointing was Dana's attitude. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to provide any reasonable customer service. As a manager, I expect professionalism and a willingness to help resolve customer concerns. Instead, I was made to feel as though my concerns didn't matter. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable, and I hope it is addressed so that other customers are treated with more respect in the future.

  This isn't a bad place the food is good and all that the problem is have is the music is so loud you cant even sit at the table with your family and have a conversation they need to seriously turn the music down other then that its a good clean restaurant the restroom is always clean lobby is clean and friendly staff when you do have to interact with them.taco bell just fix the loud radio

  I’m not one to leave reviews, but today I am. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and two avocado ranch chicken stackers. Everything was made perfectly. Most locations never fill out the quesadillas completely, leaving me with just a cooked tortilla, but this location knows what they are doing. 10/10 experience. Raises highly recommended for the staff.
