  Reviews are horrible and so is the service. I ordered a carry-out to be ready for a specific time. Food said it would be ready at 7:10 it’ was 7:38 food was still not ready. Employee was talking about how busy they are all the time and how the manager is aware and doesn’t care. Beyond ridiculous!

  I placed an order at 5:50 pm on 8/15. 1 large pizza. My estimated time to be delivered said between 6:13-6:23. When I arrived in the store at 6:20 she told me I needed to pay however the order was already paid for online. Then she told me it wasn’t at this location when it in fact was. Once she found my order she said the pizza was in the oven. While I was waiting there were 3 people who asked about their order and she was very rude as if they were bothering her. I asked an update on my order at 6:50 (still waiting in the waiting area) she said it’s still cooking. At this point I’ve waited for over 20 mins. Her attitude during this transaction was poor and very unprofessional. While I understand it’s busy she could have been a little more kind. For the mission to be “To build trust with our community by consistently providing a memorable and satisfying experience” this young lady did not honor that. I’m unsure of her name but her description was a young black woman with a hair net, with a bun, and very long nails. She has a nose ring also. Kindness goes a long way. It took another gentleman to let the crowd in the lobby to let us know that the kitchen is backed up. In the meantime she stood at the counter and rolled her eyes as customers spoke to her.

  08/11/2026: The quality of the pizza has really gone downhill. We ordered two pizzas, including a Large Thin Crust Meat Lovers with extra bacon. Unfortunately, the extra bacon was not added, and the pizza had an excessive amount of sausage instead. The sausage tasted very old and had a strong, unpleasant pork flavor, to the point that we had to remove every piece from the pizza. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning. Very disappointing, especially considering how much we have enjoyed Pizza Hut in the past.

  Order was 1 hour and 23 mins late from initial time of arrival . I called location and representative knew me by first name when I stated I have a order that was supposed to have arrived at 4:23 she then told me that she remade my order because it had been sitting for 20 minutes and they’re waiting for DoorDash agitator to send someone to pick up the order and they were on the way because Pizza Hut at this location does not get drivers until after five when I called it was after 5 o’clock. It was actually 5:07pm and they still did not have a driver there yet. I was notified that the driver Lisa had picked my order up at 5:35 with a picture of the order sitting on the counter in the store, however at 5:37. The location from DoorDash showed that she was still at the store. I text to ask if she was on the way because the location still showed that she was at the store or I would cancel my order. She then begin to move. It took her four minutes to get to my home. My video camera shows her delivering the order at 5:40 PM pulling into my driveway ringing the doorbell at 5:41. The order does not look like it’s fresh at all. I have pictures of everything it is Cold. The meat is hard. The cheese is cold and old. I’m very upset to have to spend my money on this and feed it to my kids and the elders here this is sad and a disgrace for Pizza Hut.
