Food is thrown together most of the time. Below are ‘saucy’ sweet chili wings. Barely any sauce even at the bottom. It’s been times when the cheese stick aren’t cut and at least two of sticks are just bread or with a sprinkle of cheese.

I should have read reviews before placing an app order at this location... I ordered a carry-out to be ready for a specific time. I gave this location about an hour-and-a-half lead time for my order. I sent my daughter to pick it up when it was scheduled, and she arrived to find a few people waiting and no one at the counter. After being incredibly patient for about 10 minutes, she spoke up to let the people in the back know that she was waiting on a scheduled carry-out order. They responded that it was "in the oven". The whole time she was there, it didn't appear anyone had an interest in answering the phone, and they had forgotten people that they had put on hold several times. But DoorDash was a priority when they came in. I would assume the markup prices on DoorDash take priority because money talks. It was more than 30 minutes after my scheduled pickup time that she finally got the order. That kind of service is absolutely unacceptable. Especially since I tipped the workers on the app for their work on top of the almost $90 order. Foolish me for being kind. I work and have worked in the food industry, and this is 100% a management issue. Either hire good, reliable employees and hold them accountable, or run a crappy business. Your employees are a direct reflection of your leadership abilities.

I ordered carry out yesterday for two pizzas. When I came in at the estimated pickup time I asked the person behind the counter if my order was ready. They proceeded to tell me “they don’t know and that it was so crazy that I should cancel my order and go somewhere else”. I was taken back by this but they walked to the back before I could respond. I then saw this same thing happen to two different customers, which one asked for the manager and the lady behind the counter there responded “ I am the manager”. Also, pickup was for 6:30 and was ready near or after 7:00 - and my food was made incorrectly and presented “sloppily”. Long story short, they suck, the female manager on 6/19/26 at 6:30pm was the worst representative of a restaurant I have ever dealt with and definitely does not need to deal with customers, let alone be a “manager”. I would recommend an internal review of this persons behavior and a retraining or demolition. I will not be ordering from this establishment if I see that this person is working. I will take the managers advice and go somewhere else.

This is the second time I have tried to order a Pan Supreme Pizza at this location within the last 3 weeks. Once again, it was not available. In America, if you don't have what the customer wants, you are out of business. I had left a one-star review the first time after they were out of Pan Supreme pizza and didn't care, just said, sorry, that's how it works. I expected some compensation for the inconvenience, and when they didn't give it, I was angry. But then I reconsidered and thought maybe this was a rare thing. I deleted my previous review, wondering if I was being too harsh. But I wasn't. That is EXACTLY what I am here to do: expose businesses being run BADLY. Now I'm writing this review to expose an obvious lack of managerial oversight. If you keep selling out of Pan Supreme crust, *then order MORE of it* so you won't keep running out of it. Common sense. I'm sure this is *just the beginning* of your problems customers are complaining about. If I have to write a third bad review, I am going to leave this one standing as is and just add to it AND escalate it to corporate. This has never happened at any other Pizza Hut I have dealt with and represents a failure in current management. I will give one last chance for management to remedy legitimate customer complaints, then escalate to corporate, then leave my one-star complaint standing until corporate does something about it. SOMETHING CAN be done about this. All other Pizza Huts I have dealt with keep everything in stock all the time.
