  Ordered wings on BOGO Wednesday for pick up (2 orders of 12 wings). When got home to eat, none were edible! They were hard dried out wings with sauce - awful! Appeared they had been kept warm for many hours to dry out so badly. In addition one order had only 1 of the meaty sections and the other order had only 2! They still weren’t edible but isn’t it reasonable to expect a 50/50 split of the wing sections?! I called and reported to the store immediately. The employee offered to remake the order but it was already dark and cannot drive after dark plus a 2nd trip so requested a refund which he agreed to do immediately. I had left a tip in cash at the store with the employee so didn’t expect or ask for that back! Then get my credit cardi bill, and NO refund!! Now I’m taking up with corporate and if still not made right, I will dispute with my credit card company.

  JP is the absolute best customer service person pizza hut could employ. His professionalism, prompt attention to detail, and his ability to satisfy my request was beyond the call of duty. Great job JP and Pizza Hut!

  This is our favorite pizza hut. The staff tonight 10/1 at about 7:15, was super friendly, efficient and thorough. We will definitely be back more often!

  Crew EXTREMELY LOUD & ghetto . Literally standing in lobby as employees are saying “ forget them people “ because they messed up someone order & mad about it . Left wife on hold 37 minutes but in here laughing and joking about their terrible customer service. This store needs to be shut down or better management
