  This Pizza Hut has to be the best in Georgia! Employees have never made a mistake on our order and we order several times each month for pick up. Get the app it's great for a treat of free food!

  I’ve had four awful experiences with this store. Every single time I place an order, no matter what time of day it is, the doors are closed, locked, and the lights are off. It could be 10:30 AM or 2:00 PM. I truly do not want to give them my business, but my kids love the breadsticks, so I decided to give them another try today — and it was a mess. I placed a delivery order for 10:30. Then 10:30 and 11:00 rolled by, and nothing arrived. So I called the store and, of course, no one answered. I then called the main line and received some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The representative was practically yelling at me, so I asked for a supervisor, who was somehow even worse. She continued screaming that their hours are 10–8. I told her it was already 11:00, and she just kept repeating the same thing. Why would the website state they are open from 10–8 and continue allowing orders to be placed if the store is closed? What sense does that make? It also makes no sense that she claimed she couldn’t fix it on her end. She couldn’t even find my order. I had the confirmation email and was trying to give her the order number, but she said she couldn’t pull it up that way. I then gave her my email address, and she said she couldn’t look it up that way either. It is truly remarkable how incompetent a company can be. I will never give this place my business again — not that they are ever even open. I truly cannot believe the supervisor’s attitude and the way she spoke to me over the phone. I have already filed a complaint with corporate and plan to continue following up until something is done about this store.

  Apparently Pizza Hut DOES NOT deliver with their own drivers anymore, they don't tell you that. I ordered a pizza from Dallas Highway PH and within 10 MINUTES someone named Tiffany with Door Dash texted me that my order was on the way...... The pizza had JUST been ordered, so it was impossible for it to be ready yet! Tiffany stole my pizza AND my $10 tip for delivering 1.5 miles away from the store. Never order ANYTHING from these folks, and Tiffany......your life is punishment enough for you, you little thief.

  Two times now, with screaming hungry kids, I have tried to just do something as simple as order a cheese pizza. And BOTH times an hour and a half later, I’ve called to find out that they didn’t even start making my pizza because they “lost” it. What they mean when they use the word “lost” I’ve still yet to find out. At this point I would rather just order from garbage papa John’s than give this place one dollar of my money. (And if you look at other reviews I’ve done, they are always positive. I’m not just one of those horrible humans who runs to the internet anytime someone forgets a ranch or something. That’s important when seeing a bad review. Always check if they are just a Karen and complains non stop. That should make this complaint stand out more in my opinion. Because obviously whoever is running this place needs some talking to)

  I ordered carryout but I went into the store & waited on the food to be made. I have only the most positive things to say about the 2 ladies who helped me, they were very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable about anything I had a question about. The pizza did bubble up improperly so the manager remade it and let me know she did as she didn't watch to send me home with 2 large spots on the pizza and I appreciate that, would rather wait several more minutes than be unhappy with my food at home! Great job to this Pizza Hit & staff!
