- LMlashae mealingOct 2, 20261.0I order from here every week and I always ask for light cook on my pizza ! But today I got my pizza burnt and I had it delivered so I called and talked to the manager and he was very rude and kept wanting to go back and forth with me about the food I paid for is crazy ! And for him to be a manager going back and forth with a customer is not good for his employees to see or hear so that means it's ok if they do the same . I even asked him did he want to see the pic of the pizza and said no because he made it so clearly you know you brunt the pizza ! So if you want what your paying for please go somewhere else because this Pizza Hut is not it and the service sucks will not be eating there again
- JCJennifer CarterSep 24, 20262.0So I ordered my pizza online for carryout informed me it would be ready in 20 minutes I get to the Pizza Hut pay for it and I still wait over 30 minutes in the store not only did I have to hear in my opinion inappropriate language coming from the back a lot of orders were being messed up tonight when I finally received my order I check my order and it looks good but when I got to the house one of my pizzas were so doughy I didn't even want to turn around and get it fixed needless to say it seems like every time I go to Pizza Hut it is something last time several months ago I got my pizza delivered but needless to say because they dialed the wrong number they could not get in touch with me to find out where my apartment was not that my neighborhood needless to say I will not be attending Pizza Hut anymore
