  I ordered 3 pizzas, Alfredo pasta, and cinnamon sticks that cost around $59. My husband went to pick up and he wasn't real sure what I ordered. So when he got home he only had 2 pizzas, Alfredo pasta and the cinnamon sticks. I called up to Pizza Hut and told them what happened. The person tried to argue with me and say my husband said the order was right and that they gave him 3 pizzas. He all but called me a liar. I asked to speak to a manager and he was not in but he would call back. He did call and offered to refund the pizza from the original transaction. That has never happened. So this morning my husband was in the area so he stopped at pizza hut and told them he wanted to pick up the pizza they left off. He was told he would have to order it online!! He asked to speak to a manager, he waited a good 15 minutes and he never would come and talk to him. I am ashamed we have such as this working in an establishment. I will never visit a Pizza Hut again. This was over a $10 pizza. Not good business!!

  We placed our order on the app at 5:30 to be picked up at 7:30. I didn't leave the store with our pizza and wings until 9:30. I had to switch with my husband who originally when to pick it up because he had to leave. Once receiving our order, the food was not correct, we ordered 3 topping pizza and they all only had 2.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Pizza Hut today. While waiting for my order, I watched an employee handling food with bare hands and touching his nose without washing his hands afterward. This raised serious concerns about food safety. When I received my pizza, it was the wrong order. I politely let the employee know, and instead of apologizing, he responded with “Well, it happens” and took the pizza back with an attitude. He then handed me the correct order in a rude manner. Mistakes happen, but customers should be treated with respect, and proper food handling practices should always be followed. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and unlikely to return.

  To say that I am very dissatisfied with the service at this location would be an understatement. Today, May 30, 2026 at 5:18 PM. I placed my order online About 10 minutes later, I arrived to the Pizza Hut and went through the drive-through. The lady at the window told me that my order was not ready to pull up in front of the store and she would bring me my order…. The store was not busy so I assumed 1520 minutes would be ample time…. 45 minutes goes by she gets in her car and leaves. I go back through again and the gentleman at the window is very confused as he did not even know that I was there to get my order he thought it was a no show. Absolutely unacceptable unprofessional and uncalled for to have someone waiting on their order for 45 minutes and then you just get in your car and leave. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
