  First, line was quite long, okay what ever it is late. Then I order a ice cream Sunday, I wait 20ish min in line the once I get up to the window after I payed, the shift leader lady, with blue hair I believe her name is Brie Im not sure then informed me that the machine was down, which is fine. But why not tell me prior to ordering, then ask me if I want something else I tell her a refund, okay then she ask me to wait more time to get a refund.. what wait another 20 min to get my money back. Then I asked for the manager and this is when she had gotten an attitude she pointed out she was the manager and then proceeded to ask someone else to help her with the refund, then they told me to come back later to get my ice cream, like later in the day that isnt 12..? Um no. I want my refund, they eventually gave me the refund, horrible customer service, why didnt they just tell me the machine was down in the first place. Im not sure who the owner or main management is, but this place needs a lot of help with customer service and communication.

  Absolutely Ridiculous This was honestly one of the WORST McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. I waited 30 minutes for a curbside order, then had to go through the drive-thru because nobody was bringing my food. After that, I was told to pull into the parking area and waited ANOTHER 15 minutes! How does a FAST FOOD restaurant take 45+ minutes to get someone’s food? And I was told my order was already completed, so why was I still sitting there waiting?! The customer service is TERRIBLE. Curbside is slow, the drive-thru is slow, and there is clearly a problem with how this location is being managed. Management seriously needs to do better because this level of service is completely unacceptable.

  This is the worst mcdonald’s in the world. Never go here this is the absolute worst place I have ever been to I will never be returning and I advise you to stay away from it. They were rude to me and my family, the order was wrong 4 separate times and the manager is the most crude person I have ever met. If I could give a zero star I would.

  Just straight up disgusting. The service wasn’t even good like the other McDonald’s down the street on Cobb parkway turning to cedar crest road, near that other Publix. It’s run by a lot of teenagers who just don’t care, their customer service isn’t good, the professionalism even for a fast food restaurant wasn’t good bc they’ll just ignore you. Why did it take me 5 minutes sitting at the window, I’m seeing my bag of fries but the employee just walked away without giving me my bag…? And before when she came up to give me my milkshake, she LICKED her fingers. … … who in their right mind…? And she must have forget she gave me my milkshake because she came up again to give me another milkshake which I would have taken if she didnt lick her hands right before giving me the other one. Will not be going here again, go to the other one that has actual adults running the store, not high schoolers.

  Waited over 15 minutes for my food and at least 12 cars went around me had to yell down at the attendant to see where my food was at first she gave me a thumbs up and then she finally told me that it was because we were waiting on Bacon when I finally got my food it wasn’t complete. I ordered a kids meal and they gave me just a regular six piece nugget meal and the quarter pounder does not look like a quarter pounder at all.
