  The food is usually okay - but if you ever need to go inside be prepared to be extremely frustrated. You likely won’t see a single employee, as its kiosk ordering only. There are no self serve stations to get straws, sauces, napkins, etc so if you need anything, good luck. God help you if you need to use the bathrooms because every single time I’ve gone, and needed to take my kids in there for them to potty, I’m met with a stopped up toilet and with no team members around to do something about it. There has never been paper towels in the bathrooms either.

  Staff is incompetent, outer lane of the drive thru never works so the inner lane gets service while outer lane waits. If you like the Gen Z state though, this place is for you.

  This is the worst mcdonalds i have ever had the displeasure to order from. every single time they forget food or dont include sauces. they are horribly slow and rude and the least helpful people i have ever interacted with. i wish i could give negative stars.

  Thank you for making me a Wendy's Customer. I was trying to order at the counter and your staff looked right at me just to ignore me. I waited 15 min, even when they were told front corner needed help. You did your whole franchise a dis justice when you put in the kiosk. This told your employees customer service did not matter any more and not to provide it. Went to Wendy's was greeted with a smile, and hot fresh food. They still have time to provide customer service. Congrats Wendy's Dallas Acworth Hwy.

  Every single time I come here they don’t have sweet tea, I asked the lady (curly ish light brown hair seems to be in mid 30’s-40’s) when they throw it away because it happens every time and she copped an attitude rolled her eyes and said that because there’s only two of them they throw it away at 8 or 9 keep in mind they’re a 24 hours McDonald’s and I made an online order so I can’t really get a refund, and the fries were old and stale. It seems every time I go there someone has an attitude plus they usually take 20-30+ minutes to even get your food out in the drive through. The only person there that I like there is an older woman she works a lot usually on the first window during the daytime. Based on all of the reviews I’ve seen recently this place should be shut down, I’ve never seen a place with such low reviews.
