  I've not one time gotten a correct order here. Tonight the finale. Sat at the order window for 10 minutes. Ordered. Got small sides instead of large. Missing burger, missing sauces and food was cold. Absolutely embarrassing. Avoid here at all costs.

  Pulled up at 11PM thinking I was about to secure a solid meal. Instead, I secured a life lesson in patience. Sat at the drive-thru window for 20 minutes wondering if I was being pranked. Finally got my order: a burger, 4 nuggets, fries, drink, and sauce. What I actually received was a mystery box. Sprite tasted like someone whispered “lemon” into a cup of water, my 4 nuggets went on a diet and turned into 3, the sauce pulled a disappearing act, and the fries looked like they survived a roller coaster—completely upside down in the bag. At this point I didn’t order fast food, I ordered chaos. Also, the manager’s attitude made the whole experience even worse. She was rude, dismissive, and acted like basic customer service was a personal inconvenience. If you’re in a role that deals directly with customers, being considerate isn’t optional - it’s the job. Based on this experience, it really doesn’t seem like she should be in that position at all.

  Today I had a very disappointing experience at your McDonald’s location. I placed my order inside at 6:13 PM and waited with my children, but the food never came. At 6:39 PM, I approached the counter, and only then did the staff begin preparing my order. I was very upset by the lack of responsibility and communication. I decided to cancel the order, and the manager processed the cancellation. We left without receiving any food. This experience was extremely frustrating, and I will not be returning to this location or recommending it to others.

  I ordered delivery from McDonald’s, and while the burgers were actually good quality, the rest of the experience was really disappointing. Several of the fries were rock hard, like they had been sitting out way too long. On top of that, I waited a long time because they said they were cooking my pies fresh - which I was really excited about - but when they arrived, they were completely raw inside and outside. I honestly don’t understand how something like that gets put in a box and sent out to a customer. It’s not right, especially after such a long wait. Based on this experience, I can see why this location has such a low rating.

  It is their corrupt pricing. $1.50 for a sausage mcmuffin $4.59 for sausage & Egg mcmuffin --- Over $3 for just an egg that costs them a quarter?!? --- Making my own food thank you, tastes better, WAY healthier. Get one of those countertop sandwich makers. Meal prep 2 weeks worth of sandwiches and you will never look back. Employee's are great, ownership is terrible. Service-wise, if you have something wrong with your order, only 1 mistake ever, and staff was happy to fix it. You have to physically go there to tell the staff about a woopsie, as the phone number is very difficult (on purpose) to reach anyone. You have to remember these are Franchises, not a direct reflection of McDonald's the Brand. The ownership is not handling this store well, it seems they own hundreds of locations. Greed, ignorance, and lowering moral standards. Welcome to the America of today.
