  I went through the drive thru with a mobile order at this location and was harassed by management. My order had been taken and received at the drive thru menu but when i arrived at the first window to get my receipt both the employee and the manager began accusing me of having driven up without going through the drive thru asking repeatedly if i had which both me and my wife responded "yes" each time and they got more and more accusatory and angry. I dont know if this is due to work stress, or us being visibly lgbt in a rural area, but refusing to accept someone answering "yes" when asking a yes or no question and then getting angry and yelling at them and accusing them is no way to treat a fellow human being. And if we hadnt gone through the drive thru then why was our app marked as accepted and our food prepared already when we got to the 2nd window. This is totally unacceptable behavior and i would rate 0 stars if i was allowed to. I will not be returning to this location and have filed a formal complaint with the company for this behavior

  The attitudes of this specific McDonald’s was absolutely horrific. They were openly discussing their personal opinions about customers. They were extremely rude and they were very unorganized.

  This McDonald’s used to be amazing, and just gone down hill quick. How do you mess up my order and give me sausage instead of steak , and then don’t even include syrup or butter for my hotcakes?!? Employees here need better training and management needs to watch closer.

  Very poor service from them at 11:30 am not busy at all and yet for some reason my food was cold and hard like it was just heated up a little bit and given to me from the already cooked food under the heating lamp. My fries were cold and nasty. The only thing good that came from them was my coke. A waste of money and time going there. Please someone make some changes to this location.

  Visited this McDonald’s on April 4 shortly after lunch, and the overall experience was concerning. The beverage station (photo attached) was dirty, poorly stocked, and had visible buildup that appeared to be from more than just a busy period. The surrounding area was also unclean. The dining room was in similar condition, with trash on the floor, multiple tables needing to be wiped down, and surfaces that appeared to have a noticeable layer of grime. It did not look like routine cleaning was being maintained. Customer service was also lacking. While waiting, it sounded like there was a significant amount of horseplay coming from the kitchen area. Several staff members appeared to be gathered in the back, and when standing at the counter, employees would look over but not acknowledge or assist. It gave the impression that helping customers was not a priority. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but this felt more like a lack of organization and accountability than a temporary rush. After leaving, I kept thinking about the condition of the beverage machine and became increasingly uncomfortable about the level of sanitation. The thought of the buildup and lack of cleaning made me physically ill, and I ultimately ended up getting sick shortly after. What concerns me most is that many customers use the drive-thru or delivery services and never see the inside of the restaurant. Based on what I observed, that raises concerns about the overall standards being maintained. I did reach out to the owner/operator directly but did not receive a response. Hopefully this feedback leads to improvements, because this location did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or customer service.
