  What a great a night at Johnny’s! Be sure to ask for Sam. She does not disappoint. She gave us hands down 5 star service! What a gem!

  I am trying my best to be fair with this location but no matter what they do the service never seems to improve. I've was born and raised in NYC and grew up on pizza. The food at this location is good but the service is terrible but the Hiram location has way better service up the good it terrible. I suggest you all switch cooks and close this loca9. A plain slice is lame and nothing special but at speciality pizza is where they put in the effort. I iwhs thru would found on making their plain pizza better. It is the foundation of a good pizza. The plain pizza never seems to have enough cheese l, the fold is good and the sauce is a little tart at times but the lack of cheese fails to have that classic NY style cheese oull. The four cheese pizza is the only pie that comes close to a real NYC slice.

  Cashier for my takeout order didn’t greet me. When I greeted her and told her that I was there for a takeout order she stated okay, and proceeded to count her register. She may have been checking out a dine in guest which was totally understandable, had she communicated that. She left me standing there and walked out to the dining area, then came back grabbed my pizza and stated “Barry!” $24.95. I swiped, she verified that it went through and walked away. Zero customer service. I recently began coming here again after several years. No thanks, I’ll drive to Ian’s in Hiram

  I had a very disappointing experience at Johnny's New York Style Pizza. I picked up my order at the scheduled time (about 35 minutes after placing it), yet still had to wait an additional 5 minutes—and the pizza was cold by the time I got it. That was really frustrating. The garlic knots were even worse—undercooked, plain, and basically just raw dough with no flavor. Definitely not enjoyable. As for the pizza itself, it lacked toppings. There was barely any chicken, very few pineapples, and only an okay amount of olives. Overall, it felt poorly made and not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.
