  Driving up to order, a young lady employee on break greeted me and Kendall at window was very cheerful and kind. My mother in Law (passed away) loved Jacks on Federal Highway in Ft. Lauderdale where I used to live. I was thrilled to see a Jacks only four miles from my new home in retirement. My favorite burger! Great value and quality!!

  Last 4x attending this location, has been HELL……. Just getting somebody to say hello when you walk in, is like pulling teeth. No one EVER knows what’s going on. Trash is always overflowing inside and out. Quality sure has taken a turn. Not even the cashier wants to take your order. I see people in the kitchen but nothing coming out. Why are you guys open ? It won’t last long at this rate. This used to be a really nice spot when they first open . Would go 3x a week on my way to work.

  So it’s 8-15 pm 8-9-26 , we pull up to the drive thru, 5 cars waiting, 8-30 pm 3 cars leave, I pick up the phone and call them, He are y’all closed? No someone says there’s only 3 of us , so it just a little slower, I hang up and wait, nothing 10 more minutes, I get mad go inside, 5 people working , Ha Ha ! People waiting to place orders, one girl trying to fill orders , 4 others, one doing clean up, one walking around ( the boss ) doing nothing, one in drinks , waiting, and one stocking the cooler , the worst’s customer service I have ever seen, so we go to Zaxbys down the road , great service , come back by more cars in drive thru, they need to get it together! On a 1-10 I say -10 in customer service!

  ★★★★★ Jacks was AMAZING! Everything was absolutely delicious — the biscuits and gravy, sausage biscuits, everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell they take pride in their food! And the service was even better! Stephanie was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Her service was truly outstanding and deserves a huge shoutout! Honestly, this was such a great experience from start to finish. Hot, delicious food, amazing service, and an incredible atmosphere. If you’re looking for a great breakfast, I highly recommend Jacks! I’ll definitely be coming back! 🔥❤️

  Today, August 30, 2026 at 7:18 p.m., my family and I had the terrible experience at a restaurant we've come to love over the years. We placed our order at the drive through and received food that didn't meet the standards we've come to expect from a Jack's Restaurant. The burgers buns were hard and the beef patties were less then warm. My wife went into the restaurant to ask that our burgers be remade, the front counter associate examined the burger and concurred, that the buns were hard. The manager however, took issue with wife and the front counter associate. My wife stated, that if this is the type of service Jack's is now providing their customers, she would not be back. The manager's reply was, "don't come back". Being a native of Alabama, Jack's Restaurants are a staple in the community. It was a place where high school students were gather after a high school football game. A place where myself and others would often stop in for a good breakfast at an affordable price before work. I'm not writing this review to get anyone in trouble, but instead, I'm hoping for correction and better training for management and staff. I'm not interested in free food or anything like that, just better customer service and more attention to the product being served to your loyal customers. Respectfully Submitted.
