- CJColby Jeffries1 day ago1.0I placed an online order, I showed up and had to wait on my order to be completed which I understood because it was very busy. I finally received my order and was able to leave. I got home and opened my pizza up to discover that I was given a pizza I did not order. I called the location to see if they could remake and give me a refund for the inconvenience. I was told over the phone that they could remake it for me and give me a credit on a future order. I got to the store and spoke with the manager. I explained the error her team made and she showed zero empathy for any of it. Then she told me she could only remake the pizza. She stated I had to choose a refund or remake. As if I was the one who made the mistake. I will not be visiting this location again. Bad business all around!

Everything else from the order was perfect, except for this salad that should not have been given to me given its state. I ordered this on June 13th and the date on the salad says June 12th.

A few days ago, I ordered a couple of the stuffed breads, and they were so greasy that they literally made me feel sick. I tried to give the store the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was just a busy night. Unfortunately, my experience last night was even worse. I ordered a pizza, and the quality was terrible. Between the excessive grease, overstretched dough and the poor overall quality of my recent orders, I seriously doubt I’ll be spending my money at Domino’s again. It’s frustrating because this used to be one of my favorite places to order from, but the consistency and quality have clearly gone downhill
